西安市拓展培訓(xùn)參訓(xùn)人群的結(jié)構(gòu)分析

【摘要】:拓展培訓(xùn)隸屬于培訓(xùn)中的一種,是培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)根據(jù)參訓(xùn)者的需求,有目的地為其策劃,利用高科技產(chǎn)品,最大限度的整合、運用各種資源,并借助體育技術(shù)原理,讓參訓(xùn)者通過專業(yè)戶外項目對其有目的、有計劃、有組織的培訓(xùn)方式。自改革開發(fā)以來,我國各類企業(yè)如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn)。邁入知識和人才競爭的21世紀。中國的各類企業(yè)開始注重人才的發(fā)展,以期通過企業(yè)人才的培訓(xùn)方式來增強企業(yè)的抗風(fēng)險能力和競爭能力。目前,企業(yè)人力資源部越來越重視培訓(xùn)是企業(yè)不可或缺和提升人才價值的重要手段。近二十年來在從國外傳入的拓展培訓(xùn)越來越受到我國各類企業(yè)人力資源部的關(guān)注。由于拓展培訓(xùn)在中國的時間不到二十年,不管從哪方面來說它都是一個朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前有關(guān)拓展培訓(xùn)的研究大多數(shù)是從拓展培訓(xùn)師的角度出發(fā)。本文通過對拓展培訓(xùn)參訓(xùn)人群,按照一定的標(biāo)準進行劃分,以期能為拓展培訓(xùn)研究奉獻自己的綿薄之力。鑒于拓展培訓(xùn)的參訓(xùn)人群和培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系,因而研究拓展培訓(xùn)的參與人群的的結(jié)構(gòu)分析研究是一項很有價值、很有意義的工作。拓展培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)在調(diào)動自身積極性,轉(zhuǎn)變營銷手段,加大拓展培訓(xùn)的宣傳力度和知名度,并號召培訓(xùn)者的參與力度等方面工作之前,就得了解拓展培訓(xùn)參與者的參與動機、濟承受能力、參與者綜合素質(zhì)因素、氣候因素等方面的影響因素。對拓展培訓(xùn)的參訓(xùn)人群從多角度分析,有利于拓展培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)對培訓(xùn)者的來源作客觀、明確的認識;有助于拓展培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)有針對性和目的性的解決自己參訓(xùn)者的渠道問題。 本文采用文獻資料法、訪談法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、對比分析、實地考察和邏輯分析法等研究方法,從社會分層的角度出發(fā),將拓展培訓(xùn)的參訓(xùn)人群作為一種社會資源,以2013年在陜西縱橫體咨詢有限公司拓展培訓(xùn)的參訓(xùn)人群為研究對象,從參訓(xùn)人群年齡結(jié)構(gòu)及性別特征、文化程度、消費水平、職業(yè)分布情況、參訓(xùn)單位的性質(zhì)特征等方面進行分析。研究得出:(1)從參訓(xùn)者的年齡方面,在20_29歲和30-39歲這階段的參與人數(shù)相對集中;在5_19歲和60歲以上的人數(shù)相對較少,分別是1335人和892人。從性別方面,20-29歲和30_39歲的參訓(xùn)人員中,女性稍多于男性。其中,女性參訓(xùn)人數(shù)分別是6031人和2758人,男性參訓(xùn)人數(shù)是4798人和2135人。而在5-19歲和60歲以上的參訓(xùn)人數(shù)中男性稍高于女性。其中,男性是750人和513人,女性是585人和379人。(2)從參與者受教育程度得出,在大學(xué)(含大專),高中(含中專)這兩個學(xué)歷程度的參訓(xùn)者人數(shù)相對較多,分別是12071人和8093人;而處于文盲或十字不多這和小學(xué)(含私塾)這兩個學(xué)歷程度的人數(shù)相對較少,分別是368人和576人。(3)從參訓(xùn)者消費水平分析得出,在100-120元/每人/每天和120-150元/每人/每天這兩個消費范圍的人數(shù)相對較集中,分別是13768人和5272人;在150-180元/每人/每天和250元/每人/每天參與培訓(xùn)的消費人數(shù)較少,僅為456人和293人。(4)從參訓(xùn)人員的職業(yè)分布分析,其中銷售人員和服務(wù)人員的參與人數(shù)相對較多,分別為11037人和5571人,且占總參與人數(shù)的47.88%和24.17%。無業(yè)人員和其他這兩個群體的人數(shù)是相對較少的,分別是754人和1796人,占總參與人數(shù)的7.79%和3.27%。(5)從參訓(xùn)者所在單位性質(zhì)分析得出:私營企業(yè)和有限責(zé)任公司的參與單位較多,分別是379家和76家。黨政機關(guān)和國有企業(yè)的參與單位相對較少,為13家和11家。 通過以上結(jié)論,結(jié)合實際得到拓展培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)要增加參訓(xùn)人員來源問題的幾點建議:(1)加大大學(xué)生市場的合理定價,擴大參與人群;(2)采取針對性營銷措施,擴大參與消費;(3)加大宣傳力度使培訓(xùn)理念深入人心:(4)突出參與人群的價值觀念轉(zhuǎn)變;(5)提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量、強化對服務(wù)理念的管理。
