銅川市照金公司運(yùn)營(yíng)模式研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)成為推動(dòng)我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的重要力量,而紅色旅游、生態(tài)旅游、鄉(xiāng)村旅游和文化旅游也成為了旅游業(yè)中重要的組成部分。尤其是2005年2月《2004—2010年全國(guó)紅色旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》的正式頒布實(shí)施,以及人民生活水平的不斷提高,對(duì)優(yōu)美生態(tài)環(huán)境的向往和保護(hù)意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),預(yù)示著我國(guó)紅色旅游、生態(tài)旅游進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展階段。如何在堅(jiān)持保護(hù)與開發(fā)并重的原則下,做好旅游景區(qū)的規(guī)劃、開發(fā)和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理工作就顯得尤為重要。 本文主要針對(duì)銅川市照金公司目前在旅游運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中存在的問(wèn)題,比如:忽視景區(qū)營(yíng)銷;景區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)不明顯以及與省內(nèi)其它地區(qū)的旅游合作不夠等問(wèn)題,采用文獻(xiàn)梳理的研究方法和調(diào)查研究法,運(yùn)用紅色旅游、生態(tài)旅游和鄉(xiāng)村旅游的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合照金景區(qū)的開發(fā)運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)照金紅色資源的保護(hù)和開發(fā),以及對(duì)于銅川市其它旅游景區(qū)的整合,從多個(gè)角度構(gòu)建了照金運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,并采取多種措施以確保該模式的順利實(shí)施,并取得良好的效果。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了紅色旅游、生態(tài)旅游、鄉(xiāng)村旅游的相關(guān)概念、內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)及功能,接著對(duì)銅川市照金公司的基本情況做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,并對(duì)公司在運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中所取得的成績(jī)和存在的不足進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹和原因分析,進(jìn)而明確了企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式構(gòu)建的目標(biāo)、原則和特點(diǎn),通過(guò)構(gòu)建投資模式、營(yíng)銷模式,紅色旅游與生態(tài)旅游相結(jié)合、紅色旅游與鄉(xiāng)村旅游相結(jié)合,當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)居民參與模式的構(gòu)建,并采用相關(guān)方法對(duì)其效果予以評(píng)價(jià)。在明確運(yùn)營(yíng)模式推行的基本原則基礎(chǔ)上,提出全員參與,轉(zhuǎn)變觀念構(gòu)建大旅游觀;強(qiáng)化游客體驗(yàn)價(jià)值,建立基于體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的紅色旅游、生態(tài)旅游、觀光旅游和文化旅游;建立和健全科學(xué)合理的當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)參與機(jī)制;注重先進(jìn)科學(xué)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用等多種措施,以確保照金運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的順利實(shí)施,并從社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和生態(tài)效益等方面對(duì)照金運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的實(shí)施效果予以評(píng)價(jià),以便更好的保護(hù)當(dāng)?shù)氐募t色旅游資源與良好的生態(tài)環(huán)境。最后,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了需要進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's tourism industry, tourism has become an important force to promote the rapid development of our country's social economy, and red tourism, eco-tourism, rural tourism and cultural tourism also become an important part of the tourism industry. In particular, the official promulgation and implementation of the National Plan for the Development of Red Tourism in February 2004 and 2010, as well as the continuous improvement of the living standards of the people, are the enhancement of the yearning and protection consciousness of the beautiful ecological environment, which indicates that the red tourism and the eco-tourism in our country have entered the rapid development stage. It is very important to make the planning, development and operation management of the scenic spot under the principle of adhering to the protection and development. This paper mainly aims at the problems existing in the management of the tourism operation in Tongchuan, such as the neglect of the marketing of the scenic spot, the lack of the competitive advantage of the scenic spot and the insufficient tourism cooperation with other regions in the province, and the research methods and the investigation of the paper. On the basis of the related theories of red tourism, eco-tourism and rural tourism, combined with the current situation of the development and operation of the scenic spot, the gold operation model is constructed from a plurality of angles through the protection and development of the control gold red resources and the integration of other tourist attractions in the city of Tongchuan. Type and take a number of measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the model and achieve good results The paper first introduces the concept, connotation, characteristic and function of red tourism, eco-tourism and rural tourism, and then makes a brief introduction to the basic situation of the gold company in Tongchuan. This paper introduces and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the company in the operation and management, and then defines the objectives, principles and characteristics of the construction of the operation model of the enterprise, and through the construction of the investment model, the marketing mode, the red tourism and the eco-tourism The combination of red tourism and rural tourism, the construction of the local community residents' participation pattern, and the effect of the related methods On the basis of the basic principles of clear operation mode, we put forward the full participation, change the concept and construct the concept of the big tourism, strengthen the experience value of the tourists, and establish the red tourism, the eco-tourism, the tourism and the text based on the experience economy.
