【摘要】：20世紀(jì)以來,隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,人們收入水平的不斷增加,城市居民對于休閑游憩的需求正在快速增長。在能夠滿足城市游憩者游憩需求的各項(xiàng)設(shè)施中,休閑街區(qū)及游憩商業(yè)區(qū)因其便利、易觸達(dá)的特點(diǎn)獲得了眾多游憩者的認(rèn)可。長春作為吉林省的省會城市,在游憩商業(yè)區(qū)的發(fā)展上已初具規(guī)模,但從發(fā)展的成熟度與深度考慮,各大游憩商業(yè)區(qū)均缺乏整體的規(guī)劃與布局,發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不盡人意。本文對于游憩街區(qū)的研究以長春市桂林路游憩商業(yè)區(qū)為主要研究對象,以旅游學(xué)及歷史學(xué)的相關(guān)知識為研究手段,目的是為桂林路游憩商業(yè)區(qū)日后再布局、政府決策出臺提供理論參考及規(guī)劃意見。首先,文章從歷史地理角度出發(fā),探究長春與桂林路街區(qū)發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程,明晰歷史進(jìn)程對于桂林路街區(qū)的影響。其次,文章利用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的手法從空間布局、業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展、游客需求三個(gè)方面對現(xiàn)階段的桂林路結(jié)構(gòu)條件進(jìn)行分析,從微觀角度對桂林路游憩商業(yè)區(qū)進(jìn)行感知與評測;再次,結(jié)合桂林路現(xiàn)有條件對桂林路游憩商業(yè)區(qū)未來發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo),以旅游規(guī)劃、旅游營銷為理論依據(jù)對長春桂林路游憩商業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了再規(guī)劃與再布局;最后,從宏觀上為桂林路游憩商業(yè)區(qū)的發(fā)展方向提供了參考的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, with the sustainable development of national economy and the increase of people's income level, the demand of urban residents for leisure and recreation is increasing rapidly. Among the facilities which can meet the recreational needs of the urban recreation people, the leisure blocks and the recreational commercial districts have been recognized by many recreational people because of their convenience and accessibility. Changchun, as the capital city of Jilin Province, has begun to take shape in the development of recreational business district. However, considering the maturity and depth of development, the whole planning and layout of each recreational business district is lacking, and the present situation is not satisfactory. The main research object of this paper is the recreational commercial district of Guilin Road in Changchun, and the related knowledge of tourism and history is taken as the research means. The purpose of this study is to rearrange the recreational business district of Guilin Road in the future. The government decision-making provides the theory reference and the plan opinion. First of all, from the perspective of historical geography, this paper probes into the historical process of the development of Changchun and Guilin Road blocks, and clarifies the influence of historical process on Guilin Road blocks. Secondly, the paper analyzes the structure conditions of Guilin Road from three aspects of space layout, development of business form and tourist demand by combining theory and practice, and makes a perception and evaluation of Guilin Road Recreation Business District from a micro perspective. Thirdly, combined with the existing conditions of Guilin Road to provide guidance for the future development of Guilin Road Recreation Business District, based on tourism planning and tourism marketing theory, the development of Guilin Road Recreation Business District in Changchun has been re-planned and rearranged. Finally, it provides some suggestions for the development of Guilin Road Recreation Business District.
