【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是為農(nóng)村環(huán)境的改善、農(nóng)民收入的增加而發(fā)展成的一種新的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和旅游相結(jié)合的新型第三產(chǎn)業(yè),是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)相融合的跨行業(yè)整合。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展以及居民收入的不斷提高,人們對于精神追求不斷提升,去往城郊的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)休閑、度假逐漸成為一種新的生活方式,融入到人們的生活中,越來越多的人參與體驗到休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的大潮中,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)步入了高速發(fā)展的時期。 婁底市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)2006年才開始發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè),雖然發(fā)展較晚,但發(fā)展前景廣闊,相比國內(nèi)沿海發(fā)達城市而言具有起步慢、發(fā)展快、數(shù)量多、相似度高的特點。經(jīng)過近年的發(fā)展,婁底市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)達到近600家,從業(yè)人員1.8萬,年經(jīng)營收入達15億元,已經(jīng)成為了當?shù)剞r(nóng)民經(jīng)濟收入的新方式,緩解了新生代農(nóng)民工的就業(yè)。本文通過向游客和潛在消費者發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷和實地調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)游客對婁底休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的整體滿意程度并不高。在受訪對象中以男性居多,主要是以中低收入水平為主,閑暇時間休息放松、緩解身心及工作壓力為目的。游客對于特色農(nóng)業(yè)的要求不高,從而導致婁底市城郊休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的類型以簡單的“農(nóng)家樂”為主體。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的分析與理論研究相結(jié)合,本文認為當前婁底城郊休閑農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)要在政府的引導下科學合理布局,完善企業(yè)內(nèi)部基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與休閑項目的建設(shè),提高休閑企業(yè)內(nèi)管理人員和服務(wù)人員的業(yè)務(wù)水平和服務(wù)意識,加強生態(tài)保護建設(shè)和環(huán)境治理從而使婁底休閑農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new kind of tertiary industry which combines agricultural production and tourism for the improvement of rural environment and the increase of farmers' income. It is a cross-industry integration of modern agriculture and tourism. With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of residents' income, people's spiritual pursuit has been improved constantly. Leisure and vacation have gradually become a new way of life and integrated into people's life. More and more people participate in the tide of leisure agriculture, leisure agriculture has entered a period of rapid development. Leisure agriculture in Loudi began to develop in 2006. Although it developed late, it has a broad prospect. Compared with the developed coastal cities, Loudi has the characteristics of slow start, rapid development, large quantity and high similarity. With the development of recent years, Loudi has nearly 600 leisure agricultural enterprises, 18000 employees and 1.5 billion yuan of annual operating income, which has become a new way of local farmers' economic income and alleviated the employment of the new generation of migrant workers. Through the questionnaire and field investigation to tourists and potential consumers, it is found that the overall satisfaction of tourists to Loudi leisure agriculture is not high. Most of the respondents were men, mainly in the low and middle income level, leisure time to relax, ease the physical, mental and work pressure as the purpose. Tourists' demand for characteristic agriculture is not high, which leads to the main type of leisure agriculture in the suburbs of Loudi. Through the combination of systematic analysis and theoretical research, this paper thinks that the leisure agricultural enterprises in the suburb of Loudi should be scientifically and reasonably distributed under the guidance of the government, and perfect the construction of internal infrastructure and leisure projects. Improve the professional level and service consciousness of managers and service personnel in leisure enterprises, strengthen ecological protection and environmental management, so as to make Loudi leisure agriculture sustainable development.
