【摘要】：自2006年開始,中國郵輪業(yè)開始步入快速發(fā)展時期。目前,上海擁有中國大陸硬件最優(yōu)良的郵輪母港,游客接待量已經(jīng)躍居全球前列。然而在港區(qū)功能配備、游客在港服務(wù)等方面,上海與國際著名郵輪母港相比還存在較大差距。構(gòu)建了郵輪母港的游客滿意度指標(biāo)體系,并對上海出發(fā)的母港游客進行了滿意度測評,從而識別出了單項指標(biāo)的期望滿意差距,進而提出了上海母港滿意度提升的對策和措施。研究結(jié)果表明,上海應(yīng)著重在網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息服務(wù)、港區(qū)免稅購物、兒童設(shè)施配備、通關(guān)安檢效率、停車與人車分流、港區(qū)安全保障等方面提升游客滿意度。
[Abstract]:Since 2006, China's cruise industry has entered a period of rapid development. At present, Shanghai has the most excellent cruise port in mainland China, and the number of tourists has leapt to the top in the world. However, there is still a big gap between Shanghai and the famous cruise port in terms of port function and tourist service in Hong Kong. This paper constructs the tourist satisfaction index system of the cruise home port, and evaluates the satisfaction degree of the home port tourists who set out in Shanghai, so as to identify the expectation satisfaction gap of the single index, and then puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the satisfaction degree of the Shanghai home port. The results show that Shanghai should focus on network and information services, duty-free shopping in Hong Kong, children's facilities, efficiency of customs clearance, parking and vehicle separation, safety and security of port area, and so on.
