【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代旅游的發(fā)展,城市周邊區(qū)域的鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展十分迅猛。柳江縣作為柳州市的“副中心”,擁有得天獨(dú)厚的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢。同時,憑借著優(yōu)良的農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境和特色休閑農(nóng)業(yè),柳江縣已成長為柳州市民放松休閑的重要旅游目的地。而在最新出臺的《廣西旅游業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃》和《廣西旅游業(yè)發(fā)展“十二五”規(guī)劃》中,明確提出了依托現(xiàn)有鄉(xiāng)村度假旅游基礎(chǔ),發(fā)揮廣西鄉(xiāng)村文化地方性、鄉(xiāng)土性、景觀性強(qiáng)的特點,打造一批參與性強(qiáng)、體驗內(nèi)容豐富和具有廣西地域特色的鄉(xiāng)村休閑度假旅游產(chǎn)品,尤其要大力發(fā)展環(huán)中心城市的鄉(xiāng)村旅游,從建設(shè)環(huán)城游憩帶入手,發(fā)展城市周邊的田園觀光、農(nóng)事體驗、農(nóng)藝學(xué)習(xí)、農(nóng)家旅館、水果采摘等系列旅游產(chǎn)品,“打造城郊鄉(xiāng)村特色旅游目的地”思路的提出為柳江旅游未來的發(fā)展指明了方向。柳江擁有較為豐富和獨(dú)特的旅游資源基礎(chǔ),其中尤以農(nóng)業(yè)休閑觀光旅游資源更為突出,其市場發(fā)展前景被普遍看好,但必須看到,由于柳江旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的總體起步較晚,大多數(shù)資源尚未進(jìn)行深度開發(fā),配套設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后,旅游的綜合效益沒能得到充分體現(xiàn)。因此,如何根據(jù)現(xiàn)代旅游發(fā)展的趨勢和市場需求,將柳江的“農(nóng)業(yè)休閑、鄉(xiāng)村旅游”特色進(jìn)行充分合理的開發(fā),提升全縣旅游品位,并以此為切入點,全面推動城鄉(xiāng)一體化的進(jìn)程,是柳江縣鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文分別針對以特色農(nóng)業(yè)、水體資源、歷史村落和民俗文化為核心吸引物的旅游產(chǎn)品,以及特色鄉(xiāng)村旅游商品,進(jìn)行了重點的模式分析和各景點景區(qū)的具體項目策劃。圍繞多元化的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,本文提出打造主題突出的縣域旅游網(wǎng)絡(luò),并嘗試構(gòu)建區(qū)域旅游互補(bǔ)發(fā)展群,形成組合優(yōu)勢,強(qiáng)化區(qū)域的整體旅游形象。在實證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了保障柳江鄉(xiāng)村旅游健康發(fā)展的系列措施,包括強(qiáng)化組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),做好協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)；凝聚發(fā)展合力,提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量；協(xié)調(diào)行業(yè)關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展；加強(qiáng)安全管理,保障有序經(jīng)營；拓寬融資渠道,實現(xiàn)多元投資；加強(qiáng)宣傳促銷,完善服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern tourism, rural tourism is developing rapidly in the surrounding areas of cities. Liujiang County as the "sub-center" of Liuzhou City, with unique geographical advantages. At the same time, with the excellent agricultural ecological environment and characteristic leisure agriculture, Liujiang County has become an important tourist destination for Liuzhou citizens to relax their leisure. In the latest "Strategic Plan for Guangxi Tourism Development" and the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" for Guangxi Tourism Development, it is clearly proposed that relying on the existing rural vacation tourism foundation, Guangxi's rural culture should play a local and local role. In order to create a group of rural leisure tourism products with rich contents and regional characteristics in Guangxi, we should develop the rural tourism around the central city vigorously, starting with the construction of the recreation belt around the city. The development of rural tourism, agricultural experience, agronomic study, farmhouse hotels, fruit picking and other series of tourism products around the city, the idea of "building a rural tourism destination with rural characteristics in the suburbs" has pointed out the direction for the future development of Liujiang tourism. Liujiang has a relatively rich and unique tourism resource base, especially agricultural leisure tourism resources, and its market development prospects are generally optimistic. However, it must be seen that the overall Liujiang tourism industry started relatively late. Most of the resources have not been developed in depth, the construction of supporting facilities is lagging behind, and the comprehensive benefits of tourism have not been fully reflected. Therefore, according to the trend of modern tourism development and market demand, how to fully and reasonably develop Liujiang's "agricultural leisure, rural tourism" characteristics, and promote the tourism grade of the whole county, and take this as the breakthrough point, The overall promotion of urban and rural integration process, is the development of rural tourism in Liujiang County, the top priority. Aiming at the tourism products with characteristic agriculture, water resources, historical villages and folk culture as the core attraction, as well as the characteristic rural tourism commodities, this paper has carried on the mode analysis and the concrete project plan of each scenic spot separately in view of the characteristic agriculture, the water body resources, the historical village and the folk custom culture. Based on the diversified system of rural tourism products, this paper proposes to create a county tourism network with prominent themes, and try to build a complementary development group of regional tourism to form a combination of advantages and strengthen the overall tourism image of the region. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward a series of measures to ensure the healthy development of rural tourism in Liujiang River, including strengthening the organization and leadership, doing a good job of coordinating services, condensing development forces, improving service quality, coordinating industry relations, and realizing sustainable development. Strengthen safety management, guarantee orderly operation, widen financing channels, realize diversified investment, strengthen publicity and promotion, perfect service system.
