【摘要】：對湖南長沙風篷嶺漢墓出土漆器,采用漆膜切片、傅里葉紅外光譜、X射線能譜和X射線衍射粉末等方法進行了髹漆工藝技術分析。結果表明:大部分漆膜采用的成膜材料為我國傳統(tǒng)大漆,少數(shù)使用的是廣漆;其制作工藝是在木胎體上用漆液裱一層麻布后再刮漆灰,打磨至光滑后髹漆,大致包含1~4層髹漆層;主要采用HgS作為漆膜的紅色呈色顏料;另外在調配漆液時人為加入了含有石英顆粒的粘土礦,其作用應是改善漆液粘度而方便涂刷。
[Abstract]:The lacquerware unearthed from Fengpenling Han Tomb in Changsha, Hunan Province, was analyzed by lacquer film slicing, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray energy spectrum and X-ray diffraction powder. The results show that: most of the film forming materials used in China are traditional large paint, a few of which are wide lacquer; The manufacturing process is to coat the wood matrix with lacquer liquid and then scratch the paint ash, then polish until smooth and then paint, which contains 1 or 4 layers of lacquer, mainly using HgS as the red color pigment of the paint film; In addition, the clay ore containing quartz particles is added artificially when the lacquer is mixed, and its function should be to improve the viscosity of the lacquer and to brush it conveniently.
