【摘要】：本文著重研究南岳衡山森林旅游的可持續(xù)開發(fā)問題，其意義在于為南岳衡山森林旅游的科學(xué)發(fā)展出謀劃策，并為國內(nèi)其他地區(qū)森林旅游的開發(fā)提供參考。南岳衡山森林旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展具有自然地理優(yōu)勢、區(qū)位交通優(yōu)勢、生物資源優(yōu)勢和人文資源優(yōu)勢。南岳衡山森林旅游資源大致可以分為天文氣候景觀類、地文景觀類、水文景觀類、人文景觀類、生物景觀類和森林旅游商品類六種大的類型。南岳衡山森林旅游資源的開發(fā)為衡山地區(qū)帶來了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會效益和環(huán)境效益，在南岳衡山經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展中扮演著重要角色。但是，南岳衡山森林旅游在發(fā)展過程中還存在部分森林景觀資源未得到合理開發(fā)、森林旅游管理機(jī)制不健全、森林旅游服務(wù)和商品質(zhì)量有待提高以及環(huán)境污染、森林資源遭到破壞等問題，而且森林旅游需求量與森林資源環(huán)境承載力的之間的矛盾還在不斷加劇。為了保證南岳衡山森林旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，繼續(xù)發(fā)揮其在地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和滿足人們森林旅游需要上的作用，我們應(yīng)按“景區(qū)內(nèi)體驗(yàn)，，景區(qū)外服務(wù)”的理念搞好南岳衡山森林規(guī)劃布局，進(jìn)一步完善南岳衡山森林旅游的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，開發(fā)高質(zhì)量、富有南岳衡山歷史文化內(nèi)涵的森林旅游產(chǎn)品，以產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量贏得品牌優(yōu)勢。同時，完善森林旅游的法律制度，提高森林旅游從業(yè)人員、當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈吐糜握叩纳鷳B(tài)素質(zhì)，加強(qiáng)南岳衡山森林環(huán)境的保護(hù)和治理，切實(shí)保障南岳衡山森林生物資源的可持續(xù)性，實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展森林旅游與森林保護(hù)的和諧。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the sustainable development of forest tourism in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, and its significance lies in the scientific development of forest tourism in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, and provides a reference for the development of forest tourism in other parts of China. The development of forest tourism in Hengshan Mountain of Nanyue has the advantages of natural geography, regional transportation, biological resources and human resources. The forest tourism resources of Hengshan Mountain in Nanyue can be divided into six types: astronomical climate landscape, geographical landscape, hydrological landscape, humanistic landscape, biological landscape and forest tourism commodity. The exploitation of forest tourism resources in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, has brought enormous economic, social and environmental benefits to Hengshan area, and has played an important role in the economic and social development of Hengshan Mountain in Nanyue. However, in the process of development of forest tourism in Hengshan, Nanyue, some forest landscape resources have not been developed reasonably, the management mechanism of forest tourism is not perfect, the quality of forest tourism services and commodities needs to be improved and the environment is polluted. Moreover, the contradiction between the demand for forest tourism and the carrying capacity of forest resources is becoming more and more serious. In order to ensure the sustainable development of forest tourism in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, and to continue to play its role in the regional economy and to meet the needs of people in forest tourism, we should follow the "experience within the scenic spot", The concept of "Service outside the Scenic area" will do a good job in forest planning and layout, further improve the infrastructure of forest tourism in Nanyue Hengshan, develop high-quality forest tourism products with historical and cultural connotations in Nanyue Hengshan, Win brand advantage by product quality and service quality. At the same time, we should improve the legal system of forest tourism, improve the ecological quality of forest tourism practitioners, local residents and tourists, strengthen the protection and management of the forest environment in Hengshan Mountain, and ensure the sustainability of forest biological resources in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue Mountain. To achieve the development of forest tourism and forest protection harmony.
