【摘要】：景德鎮(zhèn)之所以能夠穩(wěn)坐中國制瓷業(yè)的頭把交椅，與景德鎮(zhèn)民窯多年制瓷的精湛工藝，有著密不可分的關(guān)系。景德鎮(zhèn)民窯制瓷業(yè)早在元代就已經(jīng)有著一系列非常完善的瓷器燒制工藝，，并且對每一道工序都有著相當明確詳細的分工。像青花瓷、郎紅瓷、粉彩瓷等在歷史上好多具有影響力的代表性瓷器，都出自景德鎮(zhèn)民窯制瓷工匠們靈巧的雙手。 景德鎮(zhèn)民窯所燒制的瓷器的動人之處，除了有著雪白堅實的高嶺土做為堅挺的骨架以外，最為動人之處更在于其多變莫測的美麗釉色。但這美麗莫測的釉色，總是不被人們完全掌控，總會在燒制過程中出現(xiàn)這樣或者那樣不可預(yù)知的問題。如果能夠通過努力，合理的控制這種多變莫測的釉色，再或者可以合理利用釉色的這種不穩(wěn)定的變化，那么對燒制陶瓷作品來說，將有著巨大的幫助。 陶瓷歷史上有好多偶然意外燒制出來的窯病瓷，由于得到后人們的喜愛，經(jīng)過反復(fù)的嘗試和無數(shù)次的失敗，最終成為相對可控的經(jīng)典釉色。 通過對景德鎮(zhèn)的實地考察以及對相關(guān)資料的查閱。 本文主要分為幾大部分，首先通過對景德鎮(zhèn)民窯制瓷的歷史及中國制瓷史闡述，分析了景德鎮(zhèn)民窯制瓷的重要歷史地位及影響力。 首先本文寫了對景德鎮(zhèn)民窯燒制瓷器的歷史脈絡(luò)及景德鎮(zhèn)制瓷業(yè)在中國陶瓷史上的重要地位，然后通過對歷史上景德鎮(zhèn)及其他地區(qū)在釉色方面有獨特之處的代表性瓷器和通過景德鎮(zhèn)民窯實地考察得出的72道制瓷工序，得出景德鎮(zhèn)民窯制瓷工藝的一些特點。
[Abstract]:The reason why Jingdezhen is able to hold the top position of Chinese porcelain industry is closely related to Jingdezhen's consummate craft of making porcelain for many years. As early as Yuan Dynasty, Jingdezhen Minyao porcelain industry has a series of very perfect porcelain firing technology, and has a very clear and detailed division of labor for each process. Such as blue and white porcelain, Lang Hong porcelain, pink porcelain and so on in the history many have the representative porcelain which has the influence, all comes from the Jingdezhen people kiln porcelain craftsman's dexterous hands. In addition to the solid white kaolin as a strong skeleton, the most touching part of the porcelain fired in Jingdezhen is its changeable and inscrutable beautiful glaze. But this beautiful unfathomable glaze is always not completely controlled by people, and there are always some unpredictable problems in the process of firing. If we can reasonably control this changeable and unpredictable glaze color, or can make use of the unstable change of glaze color, it will be of great help to the ceramic work. In the history of ceramics there are a lot of accidental firing kiln diseased porcelain because of the love of the people after repeated attempts and numerous failures and finally become a relatively controllable classical glaze color. Through the field inspection of Jingdezhen and access to relevant information. This paper is mainly divided into several parts. Firstly, the important historical position and influence of Jingdezhen Folk Kiln porcelain making are analyzed by expounding the history of Jingdezhen Folk Kiln and the Chinese porcelain making history. First of all, this paper writes about the history of Jingdezhen kiln porcelain and the important position of Jingdezhen porcelain industry in the history of Chinese ceramics. Then through the history of Jingdezhen and other areas in the glaze color of the representative porcelain and through the Jingdezhen Minyao field inspection of the 72 porcelain production procedures obtained Jingdezhen Minyao porcelain process some characteristics of Jingdezhen Folk Kiln porcelain making process.
