基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)文本的歷史文化名城旅游形象研究——以泉州市為例

【摘要】:旅游者通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲取旅游目的地信息,同時(shí)也在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上分享出游經(jīng)驗(yàn)、感受,網(wǎng)絡(luò)中游客有關(guān)目的地評(píng)論的信息對(duì)旅游目的地形象塑造有重要參考作用。文章以網(wǎng)站上的泉州游記為樣本,運(yùn)用內(nèi)容分析法,建立分析類目,探索游客對(duì)泉州旅游形象的感知。在此基礎(chǔ)上,使用ROST Content Mining軟件提取泉州旅游形象屬性高頻特征詞,根據(jù)高頻特征詞將泉州旅游形象分為四大主題,對(duì)泉州旅游感知形象的屬性進(jìn)行分析,由此得出游客對(duì)泉州旅游形象感知的結(jié)論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)泉州旅游形象提升提出建議。
[Abstract]:Tourists get the information of tourist destination through the Internet, and also share the experience and feeling of traveling on the Internet. The information of tourists' comment on destination in the network has important reference function for shaping the image of tourist destination. This article takes the Quanzhou travel notes on the website as the sample, uses the content analysis method, establishes the analysis category, explores the tourists' perception of the Quanzhou tourist image. On this basis, using ROST Content Mining software to extract the high frequency feature words of Quanzhou tourism image, according to the high frequency feature words, the tourism image of Quanzhou is divided into four major themes, and the attributes of Quanzhou tourism perception image are analyzed. This paper draws the conclusion that tourists perceive the tourism image of Quanzhou, and then puts forward some suggestions to improve the tourism image of Quanzhou.
