中國(guó)赴緬甸旅游者消費(fèi)行為調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:緬甸曾是一個(gè)神秘的國(guó)度,而今這個(gè)國(guó)家揭開(kāi)了神秘的面紗,隨著緬甸改革進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)以及民主制度的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,緬甸的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易也得以在更有利的環(huán)境中蓬勃發(fā)展。農(nóng)林牧業(yè)等傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)一直是緬甸經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱,而隨著國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的變革以及緬甸自身走向世界的根本需求,旅游業(yè)也作為一支重要的推動(dòng)力量加入到緬甸的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)中來(lái)。中國(guó)作為緬甸最大的貿(mào)易合作伙伴,也必然成為了緬甸旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的重要合作伙伴。 中緬兩國(guó)自古以來(lái)就關(guān)系密切,不論是古代絲綢之路還是當(dāng)今的邊貿(mào)區(qū),都是連接中緬兩國(guó)通商往來(lái)的紐帶,然而關(guān)于中緬兩國(guó)旅游業(yè)關(guān)系的探索還處于起步階段。因此,本文從緬甸經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求以及中緬兩國(guó)關(guān)系長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)出發(fā),對(duì)緬甸旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的背景、現(xiàn)狀、存在的不足和問(wèn)題以及今后的發(fā)展前景做了探索性研究分析,希望為緬甸經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,以及中緬兩國(guó)的旅游合作、旅游前景規(guī)劃乃至經(jīng)濟(jì)上的合作提供參考建議。 旅游行為研究是旅游業(yè)研究的重要部分之一,也是旅游發(fā)展的重要部分之一。為了對(duì)中國(guó)旅游者旅游行為進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析,本文通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)游客進(jìn)行訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式獲得了研究所需的基本要素,本文的研究建立在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)之上:先運(yùn)用定量數(shù)據(jù)收集和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,在初步觀測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)赴緬甸旅游的中國(guó)游客進(jìn)行數(shù)量和范圍的劃分,然后對(duì)選定的對(duì)象進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、一對(duì)一訪談,并對(duì)調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析整理和進(jìn)一步總結(jié)提煉;再引入定性數(shù)據(jù),將本人的調(diào)研結(jié)果與論文準(zhǔn)備期間提前整理的官方數(shù)據(jù)和材料進(jìn)行對(duì)比和修正;同時(shí)引用手段—目的理論、需求—?jiǎng)訖C(jī)—行為理論、刺激—反應(yīng)理論等旅游心理學(xué)的相關(guān)分析手段及重要理論,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外消費(fèi)者行為研究、旅游動(dòng)機(jī)行為研究、旅游信息來(lái)源研究以及旅游決策行為研究等學(xué)術(shù)研究的相關(guān)結(jié)論對(duì)調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行充分論證,總結(jié)并提出了緬甸旅游業(yè)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)的策略及今后的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展方向。遵照在理論的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研、在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上豐富理論、從而為今后理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐提供有價(jià)值的參考依據(jù)的研究路線,完成了論文的寫(xiě)作。 中緬兩國(guó)的合作有利于強(qiáng)化利益、發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)也能解決旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題和弱點(diǎn),兩國(guó)人民的相互了解能為兩國(guó)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)I造良好的環(huán)境,而兩國(guó)政府對(duì)兩國(guó)旅游業(yè)合作的重視將成為兩國(guó)旅游業(yè)合作的一股重要的推動(dòng)力。在論述的過(guò)程中,本文對(duì)中國(guó)游客的旅游行為進(jìn)行了深入研究,因?yàn)閷?duì)旅游者旅游行為的研究不僅有利于進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)旅游產(chǎn)品、制定合理的旅游營(yíng)銷策略,而且有利于建立市場(chǎng)合作機(jī)制、為緬甸旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展找準(zhǔn)定位,對(duì)緬甸旅游業(yè)發(fā)展預(yù)期目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)至關(guān)重要;通過(guò)對(duì)旅游者的旅游行為進(jìn)行觀察,同時(shí)與旅游者交流信息,提升他們對(duì)緬甸的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解程度,也能大幅增加中國(guó)游客在緬甸的旅游活動(dòng)。本文還對(duì)中緬兩國(guó)民俗文化的交流給予了特別的關(guān)注,并為赴緬旅游的中國(guó)游客提供了旅游攻略、旅游建議以及旅游注意事項(xiàng),對(duì)中緬兩國(guó)間的旅游研究實(shí)踐、可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的探索、旅游管理的規(guī)范化、旅游業(yè)的全面發(fā)展以及兩國(guó)旅游市場(chǎng)的交流融合做出了一定的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Myanmar was once a mysterious country, and now the country has unveiled the veil of mystery, and Myanmar's economic trade has been able to flourish in a more favorable environment as the Myanmar reform process continues to advance and the further development of the democratic system. The traditional economic industry, such as agriculture and forestry, has always been the pillar of Myanmar's economy, and with the change of international economic structure and the fundamental demand of Myanmar itself to the world, tourism has also been added to the economic pillar industry of Myanmar as an important driving force. As Myanmar's largest trading partner, China is bound to become an important partner in the development of Myanmar's tourism industry. The two countries of China and Myanmar have close relations since ancient times, whether the ancient Silk Road or the current frontier trade area is the link between the two countries in China and Myanmar, but the exploration of tourism relations between China and Myanmar is still in its infancy Therefore, from the demand of Myanmar's economic development and the inevitable trend of China-Myanmar relations, this paper makes an exploratory study on the background, present situation, deficiency and problems existing in the development of Myanmar's tourism industry and the future development prospect. It is hoped that this will be a rapid development of Myanmar's economy. Development, as well as tourism cooperation between China and Myanmar, tourism prospects planning and economic cooperation for reference It is suggested that tourism behavior research is one of the most important parts of tourism research, and it is also the weight of tourism development In order to study and analyze Chinese tourists' tourism behavior, this paper has obtained the basic elements needed by the Institute through interview and questionnaire survey of Chinese tourists. The research of this paper is based on the field investigation: first, use quantitative data to collect and analyze Chinese tourists' tourism behavior. According to the questionnaire survey, the number and scope of Chinese tourists traveling to Myanmar were divided on the basis of preliminary observation, then the selected subjects were surveyed, one-to-one interviews were conducted, and the research results were analyzed and summarized and further summarized. Qualitative data is used to compare and revise my research results with the official data and materials which are prepared in advance during the preparation of the paper; meanwhile, the relevant analysis means of tourism psychology, such as the theory of object theory, demand, motivation, behavior theory, stimulation and reaction theory, etc. are also cited. Based on the research of consumer behavior at home and abroad, the research on the behavior of tourism motive, the source of tourism information, and the research of tourism decision-making behavior, the author puts forward some conclusions about the research results. The strategy and the future of the development of Myanmar's tourism market are summarized and put forward. In order to provide valuable reference basis for guiding practice in the future, it is concluded that the theory is rich in theory, which provides valuable reference basis for theoretical guidance practice. The cooperation of the two countries in China and Myanmar is conducive to strengthening the interests and the advantages of the two countries.
