【摘要】：為解決困擾農(nóng)村發(fā)展的"三農(nóng)"難題,我國(guó)開(kāi)始了對(duì)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,并將發(fā)展農(nóng)村休閑旅游業(yè)作為主要的實(shí)施途徑。近幾年來(lái),我國(guó)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,在很大程度上推動(dòng)了我國(guó)農(nóng)村休閑旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。除此之外,國(guó)家實(shí)行的社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)也為農(nóng)村旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供良好的契機(jī)。但是在農(nóng)村休閑旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷發(fā)展與壯大的同時(shí),出現(xiàn)了鄉(xiāng)村景觀布局不合理、生態(tài)環(huán)境遭到嚴(yán)重破壞等狀況,不僅破壞了原有的鄉(xiāng)村特色,也極大的威脅到鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的整體穩(wěn)定性。因此黨的十八大指出要堅(jiān)持"生態(tài)文明"建設(shè)的重要舉措,在生態(tài)倫理建設(shè)視閾下發(fā)展和管理農(nóng)村休閑旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文主要從農(nóng)村休閑旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式和管理策略方面進(jìn)行闡述,并以浙江省地區(qū)為例,對(duì)其農(nóng)村休閑旅游景觀的建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", China has begun to adjust the rural industrial structure and take the development of rural leisure tourism as the main way of implementation. In recent years, China's tourism industry has developed rapidly, to a large extent, promoting the development of rural leisure tourism industry. In addition, the socialist new rural construction also provides a good opportunity for the development of rural tourism. However, with the continuous development and expansion of the rural leisure tourism industry, the irrational distribution of rural landscape and the serious destruction of the ecological environment have not only destroyed the original rural characteristics. It also poses a great threat to the overall stability of the rural ecosystem. Therefore, the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that it is necessary to persist in the construction of "ecological civilization" and to develop and manage the rural leisure tourism industry from the perspective of ecological ethics construction. This article mainly from the rural leisure tourism industry development pattern and the management strategy aspect carries on the elaboration, and takes the Zhejiang province as the example, carries on the investigation and the research to its countryside leisure tourism landscape construction situation.
