【摘要】：隨著昆曼鐵路的立項(xiàng),老撾的旅游名城瑯勃拉邦漸漸開始獲得中國(guó)游客與商人的關(guān)注,在這一過程中他們漸漸影響著瑯勃拉邦及其旅游業(yè)。這一過程可以成為研究旅游人類學(xué)的重要案例。為此,筆者在老撾瑯勃拉邦使用民族志方法進(jìn)行了為期五個(gè)月的田野調(diào)查,并通過"旅游凝視"三個(gè)最主要的方面:反向性、視覺支配性及社會(huì)性探討了 "旅游凝視"的理論背景下的"看"與"吃"。在瑯勃拉邦,以中國(guó)游客為例,"看"與"吃"都體現(xiàn)出了不同特性,體現(xiàn)了"看"與"吃"之間對(duì)立統(tǒng)一的張力。這種"看"與"吃"之間的張力,背后是旅游作為一種現(xiàn)代儀式,"非常態(tài)"與"常態(tài)"的對(duì)立關(guān)系。在旅游地的權(quán)力體系之中,便是通過同時(shí)生產(chǎn)"非常態(tài)"與"常態(tài)"的消費(fèi)場(chǎng)景來刺激游客的消費(fèi),使游客可以周而復(fù)始的在兩種狀態(tài)之間切換,從而得出一種現(xiàn)代旅游地的生產(chǎn)圖式。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the Kunman Railway, Laotian tourist city Luang Prabang gradually began to attract the attention of Chinese tourists and businessmen, and in the process they gradually affected Luang Prabang and its tourism industry. This process can become an important case study of tourism anthropology. Therefore, the author conducted a five-month field survey in Luang Prabang, Laos, using ethnographic methods, and through the three most important aspects of "tourist gaze": reverse, Visual dominance and sociality are discussed in view and eating under the theoretical background of "tourist gaze". In Luang Prabang, taking Chinese tourists as an example, both "see" and "eat" embody different characteristics and the tension of unity of opposites between "see" and "eat". The tension between "watching" and "eating" is the opposite relationship between "abnormal" and "normal" as a modern ritual. In the power system of tourist destination, it is to stimulate tourists' consumption by simultaneously producing "abnormal" and "normal" consumption scenes, so that tourists can switch between the two states over and over again. Thus a production schema of modern tourist destination is obtained.
