旅游驅動下的國有林場社區(qū)空間組織演化研究——以大別山區(qū)羅田縣薄刀峰林場為例

【摘要】：在森林覆蓋下的林場社區(qū)不同于城市社區(qū)或農村社區(qū)的"表露于外"而"備受關注",隨著林場禁伐和國營林場的轉制改革,林場社區(qū)原本在事業(yè)單位建制下的"身份優(yōu)越"和"工資豐厚"越發(fā)與現(xiàn)實相悖,也越發(fā)墜入貧困的"深淵".基于為期2年的跟蹤調查,在梳理薄刀峰林場旅游和社區(qū)發(fā)展歷程的基礎上,通過構建旅游驅動下的社區(qū)發(fā)展評價指標體系,對薄刀峰林場社區(qū)空間形態(tài)及其空間組織的演進進行了研究,得出以下結論:1)當前,旅游已成為薄刀峰林場社區(qū)經濟發(fā)展,尤其是精準扶貧的主要依靠.但由于長期依賴于"打工經濟",外出務工依然是薄刀峰林場目前最主要的就業(yè)形式;2)1995年~2015年,薄刀峰林場社區(qū)在空間形態(tài)上經歷了由"分而居"向"聚而居+混而居"的轉變過程,相應的在空間組織上也經歷著由"三鎮(zhèn)獨立"向"一核三區(qū)"的演進過程,而導致林場社區(qū)空間形態(tài)和空間組織這種轉變的根本原因在于旅游發(fā)展下的交通區(qū)位變遷.
[Abstract]:Forest farm communities under forest cover are different from urban or rural communities "exposed" and "paid attention to". With the forest farm cutting ban and state-owned forest farm restructuring reform, The "superior status" and "rich salary" of the forest farm community originally under the institution system are more and more contrary to the reality and fall into the "abyss" of poverty more and more. Based on a 2-year follow-up survey, based on combing the history of tourism and community development in Bo Dao Feng Forest Farm, the evaluation index system of community development driven by tourism is constructed. This paper studies the evolution of community spatial form and spatial organization in Pengqiaofeng Forest Farm, and draws the following conclusion: 1) at present, tourism has become the main dependence of community economic development, especially precision poverty alleviation. However, due to the long-term dependence on the "working economy", migrant workers are still the most important form of employment in Pokaofeng Forest Farm at present) from 1995 to 2015. The community of Bo Dao Feng Forest Farm has experienced a process of transition from "living apart" to "living together and living together" in the form of space, and the corresponding evolution from "three towns' independence" to "one core and three regions" in space organization. The fundamental reason for the change of community spatial form and spatial organization in forest farm lies in the change of traffic location under the development of tourism.
