【摘要】：現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的高速度、快節(jié)奏發(fā)展促使人們的生活方式發(fā)生著巨大的改變，人們從單純的物質(zhì)享受逐漸的變?yōu)橹匾暰穹矫娴淖非螅瑧?hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)以其追求審美體驗(yàn)、刺激體驗(yàn)、求知、交流、享樂(lè)和休閑的特征越來(lái)越得到人們的喜愛(ài)�！端拇ㄊ∪窠∩碛�(jì)劃（2011-2015年）》就指出要加快建設(shè)休閑健身產(chǎn)業(yè)，并且打造一個(gè)示范區(qū)，推動(dòng)全民健身事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 文章在研究的過(guò)程中查閱大量相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料，對(duì)四川省主要以開(kāi)展戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)為主題的景區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察，并且參與四姑娘山戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，以親身感受來(lái)對(duì)四姑娘山戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，在走訪過(guò)程中與戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)愛(ài)好者、景區(qū)管理人員以及登山向?qū)У热藛T進(jìn)行交談，最終決定將四川省主要景區(qū)戶(hù)外項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)展作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)四川省戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)主題景區(qū)進(jìn)行SWOT分析,優(yōu)勢(shì)主要表現(xiàn)為：良好的休閑文化氛圍，豐富的自然資源，巨大的潛在消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)。劣勢(shì)表現(xiàn)為：法規(guī)體制不完善，專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度低，專(zhuān)業(yè)人員匱乏，救援體系不完整。機(jī)遇為：頒布2011-2015年新一周期的《全民健身實(shí)施計(jì)劃綱要》，借索契冬奧會(huì)的舉辦，冰雪項(xiàng)目受到關(guān)注，四川省提出“1355”旅游發(fā)展新格局。挑戰(zhàn)表現(xiàn)為：呈現(xiàn)出“東冷西熱”的特征，景區(qū)戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目重復(fù)率高，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈，以及安全問(wèn)題。因此，在把握機(jī)遇的前提下，加大優(yōu)勢(shì)的發(fā)揮，對(duì)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行彌補(bǔ)，變劣勢(shì)為優(yōu)勢(shì)，在做好充分準(zhǔn)備后，，迎接挑戰(zhàn)。另外，對(duì)四姑娘山風(fēng)景區(qū)進(jìn)行案例分析，其在發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到了包括景區(qū)缺乏完善的規(guī)章制度；基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱；安全問(wèn)題嚴(yán)峻；救援體系不完整等8個(gè)主要問(wèn)題。最終，對(duì)四川省戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)主題景區(qū)的發(fā)展提出了8條發(fā)展措施： （1）健全景區(qū)的組織建設(shè)和法律規(guī)章的制定 （2）完善景區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，提高景區(qū)的口碑 （3）規(guī)范組織和管理，建立良好的救援體系，保障安全 （4）根據(jù)景區(qū)現(xiàn)有資源，對(duì)景區(qū)進(jìn)行適度開(kāi)發(fā) （5）注重景區(qū)環(huán)境保護(hù) （6）以大眾消費(fèi)為主，完善價(jià)格體制 （7）注重專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)，提高從業(yè)人員專(zhuān)業(yè)技能 （8）根據(jù)“1355”的旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃，開(kāi)展本地特色項(xiàng)目 以上措施的提出，是為了改變四川省戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)主題景區(qū)的不良現(xiàn)狀，促進(jìn)戶(hù)外運(yùn)動(dòng)主題景區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，從而推動(dòng)四川省全民體育的開(kāi)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)大眾參與，為建設(shè)西部體育強(qiáng)省作出一份努力。
[Abstract]:The high speed and rapid development of modern society promote people's way of life to change greatly. People gradually change from simple material enjoyment to spiritual pursuit. Outdoor sports seek aesthetic experience and stimulate experience. The characteristics of knowledge, communication, enjoyment and leisure are becoming more and more popular. "Sichuan National Fitness Program (2011-2015)" points out that it is necessary to speed up the construction of leisure fitness industry, and build a demonstration area to promote the development of national fitness. In the course of the study, the article consulted a large number of relevant documents, conducted field visits to the scenic spots in Sichuan Province, which mainly focused on the development of outdoor sports, and participated in the four Girls Mountain Outdoor Sports Project. With personal experience to carry out empirical analysis of the development of four girls' mountain outdoor sports, in the course of the visit with outdoor sports enthusiasts, scenic area administrators and mountaineering guides and other personnel to talk. Finally, it is decided to take the outdoor project of the main scenic spots in Sichuan Province as the research object. The SWOT analysis of the outdoor sports theme scenic spots in Sichuan Province shows that the advantages are: good leisure culture atmosphere, abundant natural resources, A huge potential consumer market. The disadvantages are: imperfect legal system, low degree of specialization, lack of professionals and incomplete rescue system. The opportunities are: promulgating the outline of the National Fitness Plan for the new cycle 2011-2015, taking the holding of the Sochi Winter Olympic Games, the ice and snow projects receive attention, and Sichuan Province puts forward a new pattern of tourism development of "1355". The challenges are characterized by "east cold, west hot", high repetition rate of outdoor sports in scenic spots, fierce competition, and safety problems. Therefore, under the premise of grasping the opportunity, we should increase the exertion of the superiority, make up the inferiority, change the inferiority into the advantage, and meet the challenge after making good preparations. In addition, four girls mountain scenic spot case analysis, its development process encountered including the scenic spot lack of perfect rules and regulations; weak infrastructure; security problems are severe; rescue system is incomplete and other eight main problems. Finally, this paper puts forward eight development measures for the development of the outdoor sports theme scenic spots in Sichuan province: (1) perfecting the organization and construction of the scenic spots and making laws and regulations; (2) perfecting the infrastructure construction of the scenic spots, Improve the reputation of the scenic area (3) standardize the organization and management, establish a good rescue system, ensure safety (4) according to the existing resources of the scenic area, (5) pay attention to the environmental protection of scenic spots (6) give priority to mass consumption, perfect the price system (7) pay attention to the cultivation of professional talents, To improve the professional skills of practitioners (8) according to the tourism development plan of "1355", to develop the above measures of local characteristic projects is to change the bad situation of the outdoor sports theme scenic spots in Sichuan Province. To promote the sustainable development of outdoor sports theme scenic spots, thus to promote the development of sports for all in Sichuan Province, to realize popular participation, and to make efforts to build a strong province of sports in the west.
