基于旅游供應(yīng)鏈的旅游宰客現(xiàn)象形成機理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,人們的出游愿望不斷上升,旅游作為人們調(diào)節(jié)生活、享受生活的一種良好的方式,已經(jīng)得到了大多數(shù)人的認同。然而越來越多的人看到了旅游業(yè)這塊肥肉,紛紛以各種方式進入旅游業(yè),加之旅游行業(yè)制度不完善、監(jiān)管不到位等問題的存在造成了旅游宰客事件頻頻出現(xiàn),給旅游業(yè)蒙上了一層陰影,也攪擾著人們對于出門旅行的美好期待。旅游宰客現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)嚴重損害了游客的利益,同時也破壞了我國的旅游形象并阻礙了我國旅游業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,解決旅游宰客問題已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。 國內(nèi)外對于旅游宰客問題的研究只處于初步階段。并且這些對宰客的研究也只是停留在定性描述方面,這些文章大都是對宰客現(xiàn)象的描述和評論,或者是原因分析、影響因素分析和解決宰客問題的相關(guān)對策建議等,用定量方法研究宰客相關(guān)問題的文章尚不多見。本文借助前人的相關(guān)研究成果進一步從旅游供應(yīng)鏈的角度對旅游宰客現(xiàn)象的形成機理進行了定性與定量的相關(guān)研究。 首先,本文對旅游供應(yīng)鏈和旅游宰客的相關(guān)概念和理論進行了描述和界定;然后闡述了我國旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,,對近年來發(fā)生的主要旅游宰客事件進行了回顧,接著在旅游供應(yīng)鏈視角下分析了旅游宰客現(xiàn)象。 其次,在旅游供應(yīng)鏈視角下分析了旅游宰客現(xiàn)象的形成要素及驅(qū)動力;接著利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析模型分析了旅游宰客現(xiàn)象的形成要素,得出了各個因素對于旅游宰客現(xiàn)象形成的影響程度;后面通過分析得出了旅游宰客現(xiàn)象的形成路徑模式。 最后,根據(jù)其形成機理從新型旅游供應(yīng)鏈的構(gòu)建、旅游市場、游客自身和宏觀環(huán)境等方面給出了解決旅游宰客現(xiàn)象的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism in China, people's desire to travel is rising. As a good way for people to adjust their lives and enjoy their lives, tourism has been recognized by most people. However, more and more people have seen the fat meat of tourism and have entered the tourism industry in various ways. In addition, the problems of imperfect system and inadequate supervision of the tourism industry have resulted in frequent incidents of tourist slaughter. The tourism industry has cast a shadow and disturbed people's expectations of travelling. The phenomenon of tourist slaughter has seriously damaged the interests of tourists, but also damaged the image of China's tourism and hindered the healthy development of our tourism industry. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problem of tourist slaughter. At home and abroad, the study of tourist killing is only in the initial stage. And these researches are just qualitative description. Most of these articles describe and comment on the phenomenon of slaughter, or the cause analysis, the analysis of influencing factors and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of killing passengers, and so on. It is rare to use quantitative method to study the problem of killing passengers. Based on the previous research results, this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative study on the formation mechanism of tourism slaughter phenomenon from the perspective of tourism supply chain. First of all, this paper describes and defines the related concepts and theories of tourism supply chain and tourism slaughter, and then expounds the current situation of tourism development in China, and reviews the main tourist slaughter incidents that have occurred in recent years. Then it analyzes the phenomenon of tourist slaughter from the perspective of tourism supply chain. Secondly, from the perspective of tourism supply chain, this paper analyzes the forming factors and driving forces of tourism slaughter phenomenon, and then analyzes the forming factors of tourism slaughter phenomenon by using grey relational analysis model. The influence degree of various factors on the formation of tourist slaughter phenomenon is obtained. After that, the formation path mode of tourism slaughter phenomenon is obtained through analysis. Finally, according to its formation mechanism, this paper gives the countermeasures to solve the phenomenon of tourist slaughter from the aspects of the construction of new tourism supply chain, the tourism market, the tourists themselves and the macro environment.
