開封美食旅游開發(fā)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, tourism has gradually developed into an important part of China's tertiary industry, which plays a vital role in economic and social development. With the improvement of the people's material living conditions, the traditional sightseeing tourism can no longer meet the needs. The tourists have higher and higher demands on the cultural, novelty and sensory experience of tourism. Food tourism is a new tourism method. By the favor of the tourism market, food tourism in the development of tourism has been paid more and more attention. Kaifeng, as a famous ancient capital city with a history of more than 2700 years of construction, has the city charm not only in its long history, but also in Bianxiu and Qingming River figure, and its great attraction lies in its gourmet tourist resources. It is the birthplace of Henan cuisine, has many old brands, inherits the millennium night market, has laid the resources foundation for the Kaifeng gourmet food tourism development. This paper takes Kaifeng, a famous historical and cultural city, as the research object, defines the concept of gourmet food and gourmet food tourism on the basis of analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign food tourism development, and defines the concept of gourmet food and gourmet food tourism from the aspect of resource development and marketing. This paper analyzes the problems in the development of Kaifeng gourmet food tourism in terms of management: insufficient propaganda, lack of brand packaging and market innovation, insufficient mining of food culture connotation, food environment and service consciousness of practitioners, etc. On this basis, this paper constructs the development model of food tourism in Kaifeng, the extension development mode of food tourism itself, the interactive development model between food tourism and urban culture carrier, and starts from many problems existing in the development of food tourism in Kaifeng. This paper puts forward the principles, ideas and measures for the development of food tourism in Kaifeng, including digging into the cultural connotation of food tourism in Kaifeng, innovating the carrier and expression forms of food tourism, and realizing the interactive development with tourism festivals. Focus on the development of food tourism derivative projects, improve infrastructure, improve the catering environment and try to design Kaifeng food tourism routes, in order to provide practical guidance for the development of food tourism in Kaifeng. Finally, the paper summarizes the main conclusions, innovations, shortcomings, and prospects for further research in the future.
