長沙民辦博物館現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的發(fā)展,民間收藏?zé)岬臐u起及人民群眾精神文化需求的不斷提升,民辦博物館如雨后春筍般應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,得到了前所未有的迅猛發(fā)展,無論從規(guī)模數(shù)量、內(nèi)容質(zhì)量以及社會(huì)功能等方面都取得了顯著的成效,逐漸成為公立博物館的重要補(bǔ)充,成為保護(hù)珍貴文物與歷史遺存的一支不容忽視的中堅(jiān)力量。在國家、地方政府鼓勵(lì)博物館多元化發(fā)展政策的引導(dǎo)和支持下,長沙市的民辦博物館也進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展的階段。然而,在發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)了諸多不可避免的問題,嚴(yán)重制約了民辦博物館的發(fā)展。如何有效地促進(jìn)民辦博物館的發(fā)展,營造適合民辦博物館生存的環(huán)境,充分發(fā)揮其作為公共文化服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的職能,成為政府、社會(huì)團(tuán)體、民辦博物館自身值得深思的課題。本文以長沙市正式登記注冊的湖南省開元博物館、湖南省沙坪湘繡博物館、長沙市天心區(qū)伯瑜萬福源博物館、湖南省譚國斌當(dāng)代藝術(shù)博物館、望城華夏剪紙博物館、長沙市盛硯硯臺(tái)博物館六家民辦博物館為研究對象,采用實(shí)地考察與問卷調(diào)查的方式,從館址、資產(chǎn)構(gòu)成、社會(huì)服務(wù)、藏品、人才、學(xué)術(shù)成果六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)研,通過對調(diào)查資料的整理,總結(jié)出長沙民辦博物館發(fā)展中的普遍規(guī)律和存在的問題,并借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的博物館管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法,結(jié)合長沙市實(shí)際情況,從政府、社會(huì)團(tuán)體和民辦博物館自身三個(gè)方面就如何促進(jìn)民辦博物館的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提出了自己的設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and culture in our country, the increasing popularity of folk collections and the continuous improvement of the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses, private museums have sprung up like bamboo shoots, and have experienced unprecedented rapid development, no matter in terms of scale and quantity. The content quality and social function have made remarkable achievements and become an important supplement to public museums and a backbone force which can not be ignored in protecting precious cultural relics and historical relics. Under the guidance and support of the local government's policy of encouraging the diversity of museums, the private museums in Changsha have also entered the stage of rapid development. However, there are many inevitable problems in the process of development, which seriously restrict the development of private museums. How to effectively promote the development of private museums, create a suitable environment for the survival of private museums, give full play to their functions as public cultural service institutions, become the government, social organizations, private museums themselves worth pondering the subject. In this paper, the Hunan Kaiyuan Museum, the Hunan Shaping Hunan embroidery Museum, the Bo Yu Wanfuyuan Museum in Tianxin District, Changsha City, the Tan Guobin Museum of Contemporary Art in Hunan Province, the Huaxia Paper-cut Museum in Wangcheng, Six private museums in Shengyan and Yantai Museum of Changsha City were investigated by field investigation and questionnaire survey from six aspects, including the location of the museum, the composition of assets, social services, collections, talents, and academic achievements. Through the collation of investigation data, this paper summarizes the general law and existing problems in the development of private museums in Changsha, and draws lessons from the advanced museum management experiences and practices at home and abroad, combining with the actual situation in Changsha, from the government, Social organizations and private museums themselves put forward their own ideas on how to promote the further development of private museums.
