基于DEA-Ml模型的江蘇沿江旅游區(qū)旅游效率評價研究

【摘要】:運用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA),對2008年和2012年江蘇沿江旅游區(qū)6個地級市旅游資源利用的綜合效率、技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率進行測度和分析;利用Malmquist生產(chǎn)力指數(shù)(MI)模型對2008年至2012年江蘇沿江旅游區(qū)各城市的旅游效率變動情況進行測度和分析.結(jié)果表明:沿江旅游業(yè)的綜合效率水平較高,旅游生產(chǎn)要素的潛力發(fā)揮較好;區(qū)內(nèi)差異較大,蘇南城市旅游效率要明顯高于蘇中城市;根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出建議:加大科技創(chuàng)新投入,大力發(fā)展旅游創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè),通過旅游資源整合和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新促使旅游效率提升;加強區(qū)域合作,擴大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模,提高規(guī)模效率;拓展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,用技術(shù)進步和創(chuàng)意來提升旅游效率,推動旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展.
[Abstract]:Using the method of data envelopment analysis (Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA), the comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency of tourism resources utilization in 6 prefectural cities along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province in 2008 and 2012 were measured and analyzed. Malmquist productivity index (MI) model is used to measure and analyze the changes of tourism efficiency in cities along the Yangtze River from 2008 to 2012 in Jiangsu Province. The results show that the comprehensive efficiency level of tourism along the Yangtze River is higher, the potential of tourism production factors is better, the regional difference is great, and the tourism efficiency of southern Jiangsu city is obviously higher than that of central Jiangsu city. According to the results of the analysis, some suggestions are put forward: increasing the input of scientific and technological innovation, vigorously developing tourism creative industry, promoting tourism efficiency through tourism resource integration and product innovation, strengthening regional cooperation, expanding production scale and improving scale efficiency; Expand the tourism industry chain, promote tourism efficiency with technological progress and creativity, promote the sustainable development of tourism.
