【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)作為農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,將農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)有機的結(jié)合起來,以農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)為基礎,利用農(nóng)業(yè)自然環(huán)境、田園景觀、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營、農(nóng)耕民俗文化等資源,通過科學開發(fā)與規(guī)劃設計,具備優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)銷、休閑觀光、農(nóng)事體驗、示范教育等功能的農(nóng)業(yè)綜合經(jīng)營產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著綠色生態(tài)理念增強和居民消費水平提升,沈陽市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)步入快速發(fā)展、提質(zhì)跨越的新階段。沈陽市光輝現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)是沈陽市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展步伐較快,成效相對明顯的地區(qū)。該示范區(qū)具備豐富的自然、生態(tài)、特色農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)等得天獨厚的發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢,是符合沈陽市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)實際需求的國家級現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園區(qū)。對該示范區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的研究,旨在將現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與東北大學MBA所學的知識相結(jié)合,探索出一條適合現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的道路,進而探索出一整套適合沈陽市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的,持續(xù)、穩(wěn)固、高效的科學發(fā)展體系。與此同時,促進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,調(diào)整經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),推進城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設,全面改善農(nóng)村生態(tài)環(huán)境,吸引國內(nèi)外資金投向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,帶動基層農(nóng)村相關產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,轉(zhuǎn)移農(nóng)村剩余勞動力,最終實現(xiàn)農(nóng)民增收致富。本文從戰(zhàn)略基本理論和沈陽市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,結(jié)合了沈陽市光輝現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的內(nèi)部發(fā)展?jié)摿屯獠堪l(fā)展環(huán)境,通過PEST模型和SWOT模型進行分析。綜合分析后對沈陽市光輝現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實施方案提出了建議。通過本文的研究不僅為沈陽市光輝現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了方向,而且對沈陽市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展也具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture, as an important part of agricultural economy and tourism industry, combines agriculture and tourism organically, takes agricultural production as the foundation, utilizes agricultural natural environment, pastoral landscape, agricultural production and management. Agricultural folklore culture and other resources, through scientific development and planning and design, with the production and marketing of high-quality agricultural products, leisure tourism, agricultural experience, demonstration education and other functions of comprehensive agricultural management industry. With the enhancement of green ecological concept and the improvement of residents' consumption level, Shenyang's leisure agriculture has entered a new stage of rapid development and leapfrogging. Shenyang Guangming modern agricultural demonstration area is a rapid development of leisure agriculture in Shenyang, the results are relatively obvious. The demonstration area has the advantages of abundant nature, ecology and characteristic agriculture industry to develop leisure agriculture. It is a national modern agricultural demonstration park that meets the actual demand of Shenyang leisure agriculture. The study on the strategic development of leisure agriculture in this demonstration area is aimed at combining modern leisure agriculture with the knowledge learned by MBA of Northeast University, and exploring a road suitable for the healthy development of modern leisure agriculture. A set of sustainable, stable and efficient scientific development system suitable for Shenyang leisure agriculture is explored. At the same time, we should promote the development of modern agriculture and rural economy, readjust the economic industrial structure, promote the integration of urban and rural areas, comprehensively improve the rural ecological environment, and attract domestic and foreign funds to invest in the development of modern agriculture. Drive the development of grass-roots rural related industries, transfer rural surplus labor, and ultimately achieve income enrichment. Starting with the basic theory of strategy and the present situation of leisure agriculture development in Shenyang, this paper combines the internal development potential and external development environment of leisure agriculture in Shenyang Guangming modern agricultural demonstration area, and analyzes it through PEST model and SWOT model. After comprehensive analysis, the development strategy and implementation scheme of leisure agriculture in Xianghuanmeng Agricultural demonstration District of Shenyang City are put forward. The research in this paper not only provides a direction for the development of leisure agriculture in Shenyang Guangming modern agricultural demonstration area, but also has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of Shenyang leisure agriculture.
