【摘要】：西藏中南地區(qū)是國家重點(diǎn)開發(fā)區(qū)域,旅游業(yè)已成為該地區(qū)的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)。自2001年我國第四次西藏工作座談會(huì)召開以來,對(duì)口援藏省市加大了對(duì)該地區(qū)的資金投入力度,推動(dòng)其旅游業(yè)快速發(fā)展。選取2002—2013年西藏中南地區(qū)11個(gè)對(duì)口援藏省市的四個(gè)援藏周期資金投入為研究樣本,得出對(duì)口援藏省市資金投入每增加1億元,西藏中南地區(qū)旅游總收入和國內(nèi)旅游收入平均分別增加7.58億元和7.33億元,表明對(duì)口援藏省市資金投入對(duì)西藏旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有顯著促進(jìn)作用,尤其對(duì)國內(nèi)旅游發(fā)展促進(jìn)作用更強(qiáng)。同時(shí),分別測(cè)算出西藏中南地區(qū)11個(gè)對(duì)口援藏省市資金投入產(chǎn)生的旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效果、區(qū)域差異與影響因素,并提出提高對(duì)口援藏資金投入的旅游發(fā)展效果政策建議。
[Abstract]:The central and southern region of Tibet is a key development area of the state, and tourism has become a key industry in the region. Since the fourth Tibet work Symposium was held in 2001, the provinces and cities of assisting Tibet have increased their investment in the region to promote the rapid development of tourism. From 2002 to 2013, we selected four funds from 11 corresponding provinces and cities in the central and southern regions of Tibet as the research sample, and obtained that each increase in the capital investment of the corresponding provinces and municipalities in Tibet is 100 million yuan. The average increase in total tourism income and domestic tourism income in the central and southern regions of Tibet is 758 million yuan and 733 million yuan, respectively. This shows that the investment of funds from provinces and cities to assist Tibet has a significant role in promoting the development of Tibet's tourism economy. Especially to promote the development of domestic tourism more strongly. At the same time, the paper calculates the development effect of tourism economy, regional differences and influencing factors in 11 provinces and cities in central and southern Tibet, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the investment in tourism development.
