【摘要】：2015年11月26日,百度出面撮合并將其所持有的去哪兒的股權(quán)跟攜程進(jìn)行股權(quán)置換促成了攜程和去哪兒的合并。至此,在線(xiàn)旅游市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)出百度、阿里、騰訊的新格局。文章介紹了涉及到的三家公司以及合并案例情況,接著詳細(xì)分析了該次合并的動(dòng)機(jī)、原因以及可能產(chǎn)生的影響及特點(diǎn),還剖析由此帶來(lái)的合并效應(yīng)以及合并后應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。以期為企業(yè)合并決策以及合并后企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)有效資源整合以及在線(xiàn)旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)模式創(chuàng)新提供借鑒參考。
[Abstract]:On November 26, 2015, Baidu brokered and traded its stake in where to go with Ctrip, which led to a merger of where and where to go. At this point, online tourism market presents Baidu, Ali, Tencent's new pattern. This paper introduces the three companies involved and the case of the merger, then analyzes in detail the motives, causes, possible effects and characteristics of the merger, and also analyzes the merger effect and the problems that should be paid attention to after the merger. It is expected to provide a reference for the decision of merger, the effective integration of resources and the innovation of online tourism management mode.
