重慶市旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)及提升對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:重慶,是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要地區(qū),2014-2016年重慶GDP增速連續(xù)12個(gè)季度排名全國(guó)第一;2016年,重慶旅游總收入達(dá)2645.21億元,同比增長(zhǎng)17.5%,2014年與2015年重慶旅游總收入增速連續(xù)保持在12%以上,可見重慶市旅游業(yè)增速?gòu)?qiáng)勁。但在全國(guó),重慶市旅游業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)總量卻處于中等偏下的水平。如何在機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的情況下,保持重慶市旅游業(yè)強(qiáng)勁的增速并使重慶市旅游業(yè)總量持續(xù)提升,探討“重慶旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升”問(wèn)題便十分必要。本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論和旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)理論入手,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究成果和總結(jié)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展獨(dú)特性的基礎(chǔ)上,提出區(qū)域旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是由潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、支持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和業(yè)績(jī)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力三者共同作用而成的,最終表現(xiàn)為旅游業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建區(qū)域旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論分析框架與評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以2014年中國(guó)大陸31個(gè)省份的23個(gè)旅游指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,利用客觀賦權(quán)的熵權(quán)法結(jié)合逼近最優(yōu)解綜合排序的TOPSIS法,借助R·Studio分析工具,定量分析了全國(guó)的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展情況,并從多個(gè)角度對(duì)重慶旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了比較分析。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)旅游業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響較大的指標(biāo)依次是接待國(guó)際旅游人數(shù)(0.2164)、旅游外匯收入(0.0864)、旅游資源密度(0.0612)、旅游就業(yè)人數(shù)占總就業(yè)人數(shù)(0.0541)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占GDP比重(0.0467)。通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)大陸31個(gè)省份旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)和分析來(lái)看,重慶市旅游潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名第17,旅游支持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名第8,旅游業(yè)績(jī)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名第18,旅游綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名第13?傮w而言,重慶市只有旅游支持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力處于上游水平,潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)皆處于中下游的水平。在西部十二個(gè)省中,重慶市旅游業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名第3;在長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的十一個(gè)省中,重慶市旅游業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力排名第7;與北京、上海和天津三個(gè)直轄市相比,重慶市旅游業(yè)各方面都排在最后。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)重慶市旅游業(yè)全方位多角度的對(duì)比結(jié)果,分析出重慶市旅游業(yè)具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),找出影響重慶旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的制約因素,挖掘出提升重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的著力點(diǎn),提出培育和提升重慶市旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方法和建議,為重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與完善提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:Chongqing, an important region of China's economic development, ranked first in China for 12 consecutive quarters in terms of GDP growth in 2014-2016. In 2016, Chongqing's total tourism revenue reached 264.521 billion yuan, up 17.5 percent from the same period a year earlier. In 2014 and 2015, the growth rate of Chongqing's total tourism revenue was maintained at more than 12 percent in a row. Visible Chongqing tourism growth rate is strong. But in the whole country, Chongqing tourism economy gross quantity is in the middle inferior level. How to maintain the strong growth rate of Chongqing's tourism industry and make the total tourism volume of Chongqing continuously improve under the condition of co-existence of opportunities and challenges, it is necessary to probe into the issue of "enhancing the competitiveness of Chongqing's tourism industry". Based on the theories of industrial competitiveness and tourism economy, and on the basis of the research results of tourism competitiveness at home and abroad and on the basis of summing up the unique characteristics of China's industrial development, this paper points out that regional tourism competitiveness is based on potential competitiveness. Support competitiveness and performance competitiveness of the three combined action, the final performance of the tourism comprehensive competitiveness. Furthermore, the theoretical analysis framework and evaluation index system of regional tourism competitiveness are constructed. Based on 23 tourism index data from 31 provinces in mainland China in 2014, the objective weighting entropy weight method combined with the TOPSIS method, which approximates the optimal comprehensive ranking, is used. With the help of R Studio analysis tool, this paper quantitatively analyzes the development of tourism industry in China, and makes a comparative analysis on the competitiveness of Chongqing tourism industry from several angles. In this paper, the author finds that the most influential indexes to the comprehensive competitiveness of tourism are the number of international tourists (0.2164), the foreign exchange income (0.0864), the density of tourism resources (0.0612), the employment of tourism (0.0541), and the proportion of tertiary industry (0.0467) in GDP. According to the evaluation and analysis of tourism competitiveness of 31 provinces in mainland China, Chongqing is ranked 17th in tourism potential competitiveness, 8th in tourism support competitiveness, 18th in tourism performance competitiveness and 13th in tourism comprehensive competitiveness. Overall, Chongqing only has tourism support competitiveness in the upstream level, potential competitiveness and competitiveness in the national scope are in the middle and lower reaches of the level. Of the 12 provinces in the west, Chongqing ranks 3rd in the comprehensive competitiveness of tourism; in the 11 provinces in the Yangtze economic belt, Chongqing ranks seventh in the overall competitiveness of tourism; compared with the three municipalities directly under the Central Government of Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, All aspects of Chongqing's tourism industry are at the bottom. Finally, through the comparative results of Chongqing tourism from all aspects and multiple angles, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Chongqing tourism, and finds out the restrictive factors that affect the development of Chongqing tourism. In order to provide a useful reference for the development and improvement of Chongqing's tourism industry, the author puts forward the methods and suggestions to foster and promote the competitiveness of Chongqing's tourism industry.
