QJ溫泉度假村發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:論文從溫泉度假行業(yè)快速發(fā)展期過后,需要及時進行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的角度,以Q.J溫泉度假村發(fā)展沿革為研究背景,結(jié)合本行業(yè)特點,對行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,運用戰(zhàn)略管理理論和戰(zhàn)略研究模型,對QJ溫泉度假村所處的外部宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)競爭態(tài)勢進行全面分析,同時對企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源狀況進行評價,并通過運用PEEST模型、SWOT方法、波特五力分析模型等,通過綜合分析找出QJ溫泉度假村的外部環(huán)境存在機會和威脅,企業(yè)內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,對企業(yè)面臨的機會和威脅、具有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢進行戰(zhàn)略匹配,給出QJ溫泉度假村可采取的戰(zhàn)略方案和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的建議。明確QJ溫泉度假村依靠自身企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢和資源優(yōu)勢,未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重點。同時,為保證戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的完成,提出QJ溫泉度假村發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施保障措施。 論文研究認(rèn)為,QJ溫泉度假村持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究,須以制定適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略為思路,優(yōu)化管理組織結(jié)構(gòu),圍繞具體的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),從管理控制模式,人力資源管理,優(yōu)質(zhì)品牌,信息化建設(shè)和企業(yè)文化與商業(yè)實踐出發(fā),最后提出了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃建議,供企業(yè)管理者決策參考。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the rapid development period of hot spring vacation industry, the paper takes the development history of Q.J hot spring resort as the research background, combined with the characteristics of the industry, analyzes the current situation of the development of the industry. Based on the strategic management theory and strategic research model, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the external macro environment and industry competition situation of QJ Hot Spring Resort, and evaluates the internal resource situation of the enterprise, and applies the PEEST model to the SWOT method. Through the comprehensive analysis, we find out the opportunities and threats in the external environment of QJ Hot Spring Resort, the strengths and weaknesses within the enterprises, the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprises, the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises, and the strategic matching of the strengths and weaknesses of the QJ hot spring resorts. The strategic plan and strategic plan of QJ Hot Spring Resort are given. Clear QJ hot spring resorts rely on their own advantages and resource advantages, the focus of future development strategy. At the same time, in order to ensure the completion of strategic objectives, put forward the implementation of QJ hot spring resort development strategy safeguard measures. The paper thinks that the research on the sustainable development of QJ hot spring resort should take the strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise as the train of thought, optimize the management organization structure, and focus on the specific development strategy goal, from the management control mode, the human resources management. Starting from the high quality brand, information construction, corporate culture and business practice, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development strategy planning for the decision making of enterprise managers.
