沂蒙山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品策劃研究

【摘要】:隨著都市化、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,人們的工作壓力和生活壓力越來越大,繁忙的交通、渾濁的空氣、叫囂的噪音、擁擠的人群等等,這些字眼成為城市發(fā)展中最有代表性的標(biāo)簽,也是發(fā)展城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)所帶來的負(fù)面因素的反應(yīng)。這些問題成為困擾政府和人們生活質(zhì)量的大問題,人們開始越來越關(guān)注鄉(xiāng)村旅游,,到山區(qū)、農(nóng)村中尋找暫時(shí)緩解工作壓力、感受寧靜生活的途徑,通過鄉(xiāng)村旅游來調(diào)節(jié)身心和精神狀態(tài),鄉(xiāng)村旅游成為近幾年來全國旅游業(yè)的新關(guān)注點(diǎn)。鄉(xiāng)村旅游也成為山東旅游的新增長點(diǎn),受到省、市人民政府的高度重視。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2012年山東鄉(xiāng)村旅游總收入達(dá)到920億元,占山東旅游總收入的20.3%。2013年,臨沂鄉(xiāng)村旅游實(shí)現(xiàn)總收入165.51億元,同比增長9.3%,超過臨沂旅游總收入的三分之一。 目前,沂蒙山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品還是以觀光型的普通“農(nóng)家樂”為主題,如何豐富該區(qū)域的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品、打造獨(dú)具沂蒙特色的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品體系,關(guān)系到沂蒙山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文通過對沂蒙山區(qū)現(xiàn)有的鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源進(jìn)行SWOT分析,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)村旅游和鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)等相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行研究,闡述了現(xiàn)有鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)取得的成效和存在的問題,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)品生命周期理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論等,針對沂蒙山區(qū)所特有的時(shí)代形象,提出了沂蒙山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略和策略,為當(dāng)?shù)剜l(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品策劃提供參考。 雖然該文僅僅是針對沂蒙山區(qū)這一特定對象進(jìn)行研究,但是對于其它地區(qū)開展鄉(xiāng)村旅游工作、進(jìn)行鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和策劃以及對鄉(xiāng)村旅游進(jìn)行規(guī)范化和制度化管理等有著很好的借鑒意義。同時(shí),也為后期研究鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和策劃的研究人員提供了可供參考的文獻(xiàn)資料,對于鄉(xiāng)村旅游的理論發(fā)展和實(shí)踐研發(fā)均有重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and urbanization process, people's work pressure and life pressure are increasing, busy traffic, cloudy air, noisy noise, crowded crowd and so on. These words have become the most representative label in the development of the city, but also the reaction of developing the negative factors brought by the cities and towns. These problems become stranded. The big problem of government and people's quality of life, people begin to pay more and more attention to rural tourism, to the mountainous area, to the rural areas, to find the way to relieve the work pressure temporarily, to feel the peaceful life, to adjust the state of mind and spirit through rural tourism. Rural tourism has become the new concern of the whole country's tourism in recent years. Rural tourism has also become Shandong. The new growth point of tourism is highly valued by the province and the Municipal People's government. According to statistical data, the total income of rural tourism in Shandong reached 92 billion yuan in 2012, accounting for the 20.3%.2013 year of the total tourism income of Shandong, and the total income of rural tourism in Linyi was 16 billion 551 million yuan, up 9.3%, over 1/3 of the total tourism income of Linyi.
At present, the rural tourism products in Yimeng mountain area are subject to the common "peasant family music". How to enrich the rural tourism products in this area and create a unique Yimeng characteristic rural tourism product system is related to the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yimeng mountain area. This article through the existing rural tourism resources in Yimeng mountain area SWO T analysis, combined with domestic and foreign related research literature on rural tourism and rural tourism product development, elaborated the achievements and existing problems of the development of the existing rural tourism products, applied the theory of product life cycle, the theory of sustainable development, and so on, and put forward Yimeng Mountain in Yimeng mountain area, in view of the unique image of the Yimeng mountain area. The development strategy and strategy of rural tourism products provide reference for the planning of local rural tourism products.
Although this article is only aimed at the specific object of Yimeng mountain area, it is of great significance for other areas to carry out rural tourism, develop and plan rural tourism products, standardize and institutionalize rural tourism. At the same time, it also studies the development and strategy of rural tourism products in the later period. The planned researchers provide references for the theoretical development and practical research and development of rural tourism.
