【摘要】：近年來，在國家政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)下，特別是被國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)為舟山群島新區(qū)以來，舟山市已成為中國著名的休閑漁業(yè)旅游目的地。整個(gè)舟山群島新區(qū)從地形上看呈東北至西南排列，小島主要集中在東北部，而西南部大多數(shù)島嶼為大島。這種得天獨(dú)厚的自然條件使得舟山群島新區(qū)的休閑漁業(yè)旅游開發(fā)顯得格外的耀眼。目前，舟山群島新區(qū)的休閑漁業(yè)旅游遍布舟山群島新區(qū)的各個(gè)行政村落，并且呈現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。但是舟山群島新區(qū)的休閑漁業(yè)旅游模式與國內(nèi)發(fā)達(dá)的城市以及浙江省內(nèi)的“農(nóng)家樂”相比，在發(fā)展上還存在一定的差距。因此，對(duì)舟山群島新區(qū)的休閑漁業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究，旨在為舟山群島新區(qū)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)尤其是海島旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展積累基本資料。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)證分析法等方法，結(jié)合舟山群島新區(qū)特點(diǎn)，對(duì)其休閑漁業(yè)模式進(jìn)行研究。通過調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)舟山群島新區(qū)的休閑旅游在發(fā)展中存在相關(guān)法律法規(guī)不夠健全、管理部門職責(zé)分工不明確、融資困難、信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)落后、一些旅游項(xiàng)目不能滿足游客需求等問題。建議建設(shè)“精品”休閑漁業(yè)核心區(qū)，提升品質(zhì)，完善健全與當(dāng)?shù)叵噙m應(yīng)的法律法規(guī)，改變管理模式，利用國家建設(shè)舟山群島新區(qū)的大政策，在生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上做強(qiáng)休閑漁業(yè)，走出有自己特色的旅游業(yè)之路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, driven by national policies and economic development, especially since it was approved by the State Council as Zhoushan Islands New area, Zhoushan City has become a famous leisure fishery tourism destination in China. The whole new Zhoushan archipelago is arranged from northeast to southwest topologically. The islands are mainly concentrated in the northeast, and most of the islands in the southwest are big islands. This unique natural condition makes the leisure fishery tourism development of Zhoushan archipelago particularly dazzling. At present, the leisure fishery tourism of Zhoushan Islands New area is spread all over the administrative villages of Zhoushan Archipelago New area, and shows a good trend of development. However, compared with the developed cities in China and Zhejiang Province, there is still a certain gap in the development of leisure fishery tourism mode in Zhoushan Islands New area. Therefore, the present situation of leisure fishery in Zhoushan Islands New area is investigated in order to accumulate basic data for the healthy development of tourism economy, especially the island tourism economy in Zhoushan Islands New area. In this paper, the leisure fishery model of Zhoushan Islands is studied by the methods of literature, questionnaire and empirical analysis, combined with the characteristics of the new Zhoushan archipelago. Through the investigation and study, it is found that the leisure tourism in Zhoushan Islands New area is not perfect enough in the development of relevant laws and regulations, the division of responsibilities of the management department is not clear, the financing is difficult, and the information system construction is backward. Some tourism projects can not meet the needs of tourists and other problems. It is suggested that the core area of "fine" leisure fishery should be built, the quality should be improved, the laws and regulations adapted to the local conditions should be improved, the management mode should be changed, and the national policy of building a new Zhoushan archipelago area should be utilized. On the basis of the development of ecological economy, we should strengthen the leisure fishery and walk out the road of tourism with its own characteristics.
