【摘要】：旅游城鎮(zhèn)化是以旅游業(yè)為主要推動力的城鎮(zhèn)化類型,是新型城鎮(zhèn)化的重要路徑之一,其過程更加注重"人的城鎮(zhèn)化"。在旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程中,當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駥β糜纬擎?zhèn)化的影響感知強(qiáng)烈并有其獨(dú)特性。筆者以旅游業(yè)快速驅(qū)動城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的武漢市黃陂區(qū)為案例,通過對黃陂區(qū)居民旅游城鎮(zhèn)化感知的調(diào)查實(shí)證分析旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的積極影響和負(fù)面影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的積極影響主要體現(xiàn)在促進(jìn)其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展;提升當(dāng)?shù)氐穆糜螛I(yè)的整體實(shí)力;強(qiáng)化城鎮(zhèn)輻射功能,推動村落變化。而其消極影響則體現(xiàn)在不同區(qū)位條件的居民從旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中獲益不均且居民的部分旅游收入合法權(quán)益得不到保證,缺乏長期穩(wěn)定收入;旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展加速鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境及景觀的破碎化以及對當(dāng)?shù)氐纳鷳B(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生消極影響。
[Abstract]:Tourism urbanization is a type of urbanization with tourism as the main driving force. It is one of the important ways of the new urbanization. The process of tourism urbanization pays more attention to the urbanization of people. In the process of urbanization, the local residents have a strong perception of the influence of tourism urbanization and their uniqueness. Huangpi District of Han City is a case study of the positive impact and negative impact of tourism urbanization on the survey of tourism urbanization in Huangpi district. It is found that the positive impact of tourism urbanization is mainly reflected in promoting its economic development, improving the whole strength of local tourism, strengthening the radiation function of cities and towns, and promoting the change of villages. And its negative effects are reflected in the uneven benefit of the residents in the development of tourism and the lack of guarantee of the legitimate rights and interests of the residents' part of the tourism income, and the lack of long-term stable income; the development of tourism urbanization accelerates the fragmentation of the rural environment and landscape and has a negative impact on the local ecological environment.
