基于推拉理論的文化創(chuàng)意園區(qū)游客動機(jī)實證研究
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, cultural creative industry as a new industry prosperity and development. In recent years, China's cultural and creative industries are also rising rapidly, around the construction of creative industrial parks. Among all kinds of industrial parks, one of them is the cultural and creative park developed through the transformation of old architecture, driven by the policy of "retreating from the second to the third" and the influence of the foreign modern art of LOFT. The unique aesthetic value and tourism function of this kind of cultural and creative park have developed into a new type of urban tourist destination, attracting more and more tourists to visit and enjoy themselves. The study on tourist motivation of cultural and creative park is helpful to understand the tourist characteristics and purpose of this new type of tourist destination, so as to improve and perfect it in the planning and development of cultural and creative park. Promote the development of cultural and creative park. Based on the theory of push-pull theory, this paper constructs the scale of tourist motivation thrust and the scale of tourist motivation in cultural and creative parks, and carries out a questionnaire survey on tourists in famous cultural and creative parks in Guangzhou. With the help of SPSS software, 183 samples are analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, cluster analysis and variance analysis, and the characteristics of tourist motivation in cultural and creative parks are explored, and the types of tourist motivation are classified. The research shows that the motivation of the tourists in the cultural and creative park includes the characteristics of supporting facilities, cultural and creative features, architectural characteristics and environmental atmosphere, access convenience, public facilities and planning layout. The motivations of tourists in the Cultural and Creative Park include leisure motivation, study and prestige motivation, social motivation and sightseeing motivation. According to the characteristics of tourist motivation in the Cultural and Creative Park, tourists are divided into four types: public sightseeing type, leisure social type, professional hobby type and environmental preference type. There are significant differences between different types of tourists in terms of age, whether they are engaged in cultural and creative industries or not, and how they visit. Finally, the author puts forward some enlightening suggestions on the construction of cultural and creative parks.
