基于休閑時空涉入的地方認同模型之研究

【摘要】:缺乏對外派駐地的地方認同感、難以在駐地從事有益的休閑活動來調(diào)適外派壓力,已成為長期派駐大陸的臺資企業(yè)臺籍人員外派失敗的主因之一。文章以廣州市臺資企業(yè)臺籍人員為研究對象,通過實證研究探討外派人員在駐地休閑時空涉入與地方認同的關(guān)系,并以結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型方法驗證建構(gòu)基于休閑時空涉入的地方認同模型。研究表明:(1)臺籍人員的職業(yè)倦怠與休閑感知自由呈顯著負相關(guān)、與休閑調(diào)適策略呈顯著正相關(guān),休閑感知自由對于職業(yè)倦怠與休閑調(diào)適策略的影響關(guān)系存在顯著負向的中介調(diào)節(jié)效果;(2)臺籍人員的休閑感知自由與休閑調(diào)適策略、休閑時空涉入兩者皆呈顯著正相關(guān),休閑調(diào)適策略對于休閑感知自由與休閑時空涉入的影響關(guān)系無顯著的中介調(diào)節(jié)效果存在;(3)臺籍人員的休閑調(diào)適策略與休閑時空涉入無顯著的因果關(guān)系存在;(4)臺籍人員的休閑時空涉入與地方認同呈顯著正相關(guān),地方認同與休閑時空涉入呈顯著正相關(guān)、存在正向的互惠效果;(5)就休閑涉入前因關(guān)系模型而言,臺籍人員通過休閑感知自由影響休閑時空涉入的因果關(guān)系影響敏感性強于通過休閑調(diào)適策略,即當(dāng)處于同等程度的職業(yè)倦怠時,臺籍人員通過休閑感知自由程度影響休閑時空涉入程度的效果較好。研究成果可作為海峽兩岸相關(guān)主管部門、臺資企業(yè)協(xié)會與臺資企業(yè)完善臺籍人員休閑生活管理制度的參考。
[Abstract]:The lack of local identity and the difficulty of engaging in beneficial leisure activities to adjust to the pressure of expatriation have become one of the main reasons for the failure of Taiwanese nationals stationed in the mainland for a long time. This paper takes Taiwanese nationals of Taiwanese enterprises in Guangzhou as the research object, and discusses the relationship between expatriates' involvement in the resident leisure time and space and local identity through empirical research. The local identity model based on the involvement of leisure time and space is verified by the structural equation model. The results show that: (1) there is a significant negative correlation between job burnout and leisure perceived freedom, and a significant positive correlation between job burnout and leisure adjustment strategies. The influence of leisure perception freedom on job burnout and leisure adjustment strategy has significant negative mediating effect. (2) the leisure perception freedom and leisure adjustment strategy of Taiwanese people have significant positive correlation with leisure time and space involvement. The influence of leisure adjustment strategy on leisure perception freedom and leisure space-time involvement has no significant intermediary effect; (3) there is no significant causal relationship between leisure adjustment strategy and leisure space-time involvement of Taiwanese personnel; (4) Taiwanese nationality has no significant causal relationship between leisure adjustment strategy and leisure space-time involvement; (4) Taiwanese nationality has no significant causal relationship between leisure adjustment strategy and leisure space-time involvement. There was a significant positive correlation between leisure time and space involvement and local identity. The relationship between local identity and leisure space-time involvement is significantly positive, and there is a positive reciprocal effect. (5) as far as the model of the relationship between leisure involvement and pre-entry is concerned, The causality sensitivity of Taiwanese personnel influencing leisure space-time involvement through leisure perception freedom is more sensitive than that of leisure adjustment strategies, that is, when they are in the same degree of job burnout. Taiwanese people have a better effect on leisure time-space involvement through the degree of leisure perception freedom. The research results can be used as a reference for the relevant departments in charge of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, the association of Taiwan-funded enterprises and the Taiwan-funded enterprises to improve the leisure life management system of Taiwan nationals.
