商丘古城文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:文化作為一種產(chǎn)業(yè),本身具有巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義,文化的價(jià)值,不僅僅表現(xiàn)在意識(shí)形態(tài)方面,還非常突出地表現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面。當(dāng)今時(shí)代,現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù),尤其是信息技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn)日新月異,為文化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了前所未有的便利。而文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義和對(duì)社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的推動(dòng)作用變得越來(lái)越突出。商丘古城是明清時(shí)期歸德府城,位于商丘市睢陽(yáng)區(qū)城區(qū)西南部,是全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位、國(guó)家4A級(jí)風(fēng)景區(qū)、國(guó)家水利風(fēng)景區(qū),F(xiàn)存的地上古城始建于明朝正德六年(1511年),距今已有500余年的歷史,是中國(guó)保存最為完好的古城之一。1986年,商丘古城經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)為中國(guó)歷史文化名城,1996年被列入全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位。中華上下五千年史詩(shī)般的文明進(jìn)程中,一座小小的城,不僅沒(méi)有缺位過(guò),而且自始至終立體地呈現(xiàn)為一條清晰、堅(jiān)韌而又無(wú)比活躍的歷史生長(zhǎng)線。2006年,商丘市緊緊圍繞創(chuàng)4A景區(qū)工作,投資4700萬(wàn)元對(duì)古城旅游區(qū)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè),完善各項(xiàng)軟硬件設(shè)施,景區(qū)面貌有了很大改觀。同時(shí),還利用各級(jí)媒體,加大對(duì)古城旅游區(qū)的宣傳,并參加各種形式的旅游推介活動(dòng),提升知名度和美譽(yù)度,制定優(yōu)惠政策吸引國(guó)內(nèi)外游客前來(lái)觀光。據(jù)了解,2012年共接待國(guó)際游客906人(次),旅游收入111.98萬(wàn)元,分別比2011年增長(zhǎng)40.6%和11.3%;國(guó)內(nèi)游客133.26萬(wàn)人(次),旅游收入11429.65萬(wàn)元,分別比2011年增長(zhǎng)11.3%和35.6%。 該文通過(guò)分析商丘古城文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)商丘古城在旅游管理機(jī)制、經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制、發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)認(rèn)知方面存在的問(wèn)題,建議商丘古城文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展既要注重保護(hù),又要以文化為依托,注重品牌發(fā)展和資源利用。
[Abstract]:As a kind of industry, culture itself has great economic significance. The value of culture is not only manifested in ideology, but also in economy. Nowadays, the rapid development of modern science and technology, especially information technology, provides unprecedented convenience for the realization of cultural products and services. The economic significance of cultural tourism industry and the promotion of social productivity have become more and more prominent. The ancient city of Shangqiu, located in the southwest of Suiyang District of Shangqiu City in Ming and Qing dynasties, is a national key cultural relic protection unit, a national 4A class scenic spot and a national water conservancy scenic spot. The existing aboveground ancient city was built in the Ming Dynasty Zhengde six years (1511), has a history of more than 500 years, is one of the best preserved ancient cities in China. 1986, Shangqiu ancient city was approved by the State Council as a famous historical and cultural city in China and was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit in 1996. In the course of five thousand years of epic civilization in China, a small city, not only has not been absent, but has been presented as a clear, tough and extremely active historical growth line from beginning to end. Shangqiu City closely revolves around creating 4A scenic spot, invests 47 million Yuan to carry on the development and construction to the ancient city tourist area, consummates the various hardware and software facilities, the scenic spot appearance has greatly improved. At the same time, the media at all levels are also used to increase the publicity of the ancient city tourist area, and to participate in various forms of tourism promotion activities, enhance the popularity and reputation, and formulate preferential policies to attract domestic and foreign tourists to sightseeing. A total of 906 international tourists were received in 2012, with an income of 1.1198 million yuan, up 40.6 percent and 11.3 percent, respectively, compared with 2011, while 1.3326 million domestic tourists received 114.2965 million yuan, up 11.3 percent and 35.6 percent, respectively, compared with 2011. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cultural tourism industry in Shangqiu ancient city, this paper aims at the problems existing in the tourism management mechanism, management mechanism and cognition of the development of the tourism industry in Shangqiu ancient city. It is suggested that the development of cultural tourism industry in Shangqiu ancient city should not only pay attention to protection, but also pay attention to brand development and resource utilization.
