【摘要】：旅游業(yè)碳標(biāo)簽作為低碳旅游研究領(lǐng)域的新熱點(diǎn),受到各國(guó)政府、學(xué)者和游客的高度關(guān)注。國(guó)外關(guān)于旅游業(yè)碳標(biāo)簽的研究已取得了富有成效的研究成果并形成了自己的旅游業(yè)碳標(biāo)簽體系。國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于旅游業(yè)碳標(biāo)簽的研究起步較晚,缺乏相應(yīng)的理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),需要建立適應(yīng)我國(guó)實(shí)際情況的旅游業(yè)碳標(biāo)簽體系,以提高我國(guó)旅游業(yè)的減排能力。在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游業(yè)碳標(biāo)簽研究進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)包括基本流程、監(jiān)督管理、支持政策三個(gè)方面在內(nèi)的中國(guó)旅游業(yè)碳標(biāo)簽體系。該體系有利于推動(dòng)我國(guó)旅游業(yè)"自下而上"減排,對(duì)低碳旅游的開展具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)的參考意義。
[Abstract]:As a new research hotspot in the field of low-carbon tourism, tourism carbon labels have attracted great attention from governments, scholars and tourists. Foreign research on tourism carbon labelling has achieved fruitful results and formed its own tourism carbon labelling system. The domestic research on tourism carbon labelling starts late and lacks relevant theoretical and practical experience. It is necessary to establish a tourism carbon labelling system adapted to the actual situation in China in order to improve the ability of China's tourism industry to reduce emissions. On the basis of summarizing the research progress of carbon labelling in tourism industry at home and abroad, this paper constructs a carbon labelling system of tourism industry in China, which includes three aspects: basic process, supervision and management, and supporting policies. This system is helpful to promote the "bottom-up" emission reduction of China's tourism industry, and has important theoretical value and practical reference significance for the development of low-carbon tourism.
