【摘要】:會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游是會(huì)獎(jiǎng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物。會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游因其消費(fèi)水平高,規(guī)模大,參與者層次高,利潤(rùn)豐厚,對(duì)目的地帶動(dòng)性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)被看做旅游市場(chǎng)中含金量最高的部分,越來越受到世界各地的關(guān)注與青睞;會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游作為一種現(xiàn)代化管理手段,不僅有助于企業(yè)高效管理員工,更成為各大企業(yè)開發(fā)市場(chǎng)的有效方式和平臺(tái);在促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮,提升城市形象方面發(fā)揮著重要作用,成為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中至關(guān)重要的新興行業(yè)。 目前我國(guó)已經(jīng)初步形成了以北京、上海、廣州為首的國(guó)際會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游城市,昆明作為西南地區(qū)中心城市,雖然其自身有一定的會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游發(fā)展基礎(chǔ),但要想在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,把昆明建設(shè)成為區(qū)域性國(guó)際會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游城市,很多問題函待解決。 本文以昆明為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游的發(fā)展和昆明會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游發(fā)展的基本情況做了概括,并總結(jié)了本文的研究思路和框架結(jié)構(gòu);然后總結(jié)界定了會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游基本概念,通過查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),從概念、特征、經(jīng)濟(jì)影響、會(huì)址選擇、區(qū)域研究、策略研究等方面做出梳理,為昆明會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游的研究打下基礎(chǔ)。隨后本文對(duì)昆明發(fā)展會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游的條件和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了pest分析和比較優(yōu)勢(shì)分析,明確了昆明發(fā)展會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)以及存在的一些問題。接著本文在查閱總結(jié)前人對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究基礎(chǔ)上,探討了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建原則與方法,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了昆明會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,之后運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)昆明和北京、上海、廣州等十個(gè)城市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析,分別從整體和從單個(gè)指標(biāo)方面將昆明與其他城市進(jìn)行比較和評(píng)價(jià),最后結(jié)合以上分析,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策、環(huán)境、設(shè)施、服務(wù)、人才等方面提出促進(jìn)昆明會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游發(fā)展的相關(guān)策略。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于通過構(gòu)建會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,利用層次分析法定量分析了昆明會(huì)獎(jiǎng)旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的狀況,并通過與其他城市的對(duì)比分析,嘗試性的提出發(fā)展策略,,具有一定的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:Award tourism is the product of the development of the award industry and tourism industry to a certain stage. Because of its high level of consumption, large scale, high level of participants, rich profits, and the characteristics of strong driving force to the destination, it is regarded as the most valuable part of the tourism market, which has been paid more and more attention and favor to all over the world. As a modern management tool, the award tourism not only helps enterprises to manage their employees efficiently, but also becomes an effective way and platform for the development of market for major enterprises, and plays an important role in promoting the prosperity of urban economy and promoting the image of cities. To become a vital emerging industry in the tertiary industry. At present, China has initially formed a tourism city headed by Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Kunming, as a central city in southwest China, has its own foundation for tourism development. However, if we want to make great progress in the fierce competition and build Kunming into a regional international conference award tourism city, many problems need to be solved. This paper takes Kunming as the research object, first of all, it generalizes the development of the award tourism at home and abroad and the basic situation of the tourism development of the Kunming Award, and summarizes the research ideas and frame structure of this paper, and then summarizes and defines the basic concept of the award tourism. Through consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper makes a combing from the aspects of concept, characteristics, economic impact, meeting site selection, regional research, strategy research, etc., which lays the foundation for the study of Kunming Club Award tourism. Then this paper makes a pest analysis and comparative advantage analysis on the conditions and present situation of Kunming Development Award Tourism, and clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of Kunming Development Award Tourism as well as some existing problems. Then, on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the previous researches on the competitiveness evaluation system, this paper discusses the principles and methods of constructing the competitiveness evaluation system, and then constructs the tourism competitiveness evaluation system of Kunming Hui Award. Then using AHP to analyze the competitiveness of ten cities, such as Kunming, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc., compare and evaluate Kunming and other cities from the whole and single index, finally, combine the above analysis, from the economy, Policies, environment, facilities, services, talents and other aspects to promote the Kunming Award tourism development strategies. The innovation of this paper lies in the construction of the evaluation system of tourism competitiveness, the use of analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively analyze the situation of tourism competitiveness of Kunming Hui Award, and through the comparative analysis with other cities, try to put forward the development strategy. Has certain practical significance.
