【摘要】：近年來(lái)，隨著漁業(yè)資源的持續(xù)衰退，舟山傳統(tǒng)漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展陷入了前所未有的困境，休閑漁業(yè)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，其利用傳統(tǒng)漁業(yè)的各種資源，將漁業(yè)和旅游業(yè)完美結(jié)合，是漁業(yè)發(fā)展的一條新的道路。經(jīng)過(guò)十余年的發(fā)展，舟山休閑漁業(yè)獲得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步，也為舟山休閑旅游業(yè)增強(qiáng)了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。但同時(shí)也存在不少問(wèn)題，需要我們采取有效措施。 “市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)一市場(chǎng)行為一市場(chǎng)績(jī)效”的范式是產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論的核心內(nèi)容。通過(guò)研究分析市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)市場(chǎng)行為和所獲得的績(jī)效，就可以了解產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，從而提出提高效益的對(duì)策建議。在這樣的背景下，筆者運(yùn)用SCP范式分析舟山休閑漁業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)行為、市場(chǎng)績(jī)效的現(xiàn)狀，找出其發(fā)展過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，結(jié)果表明：舟山休閑漁業(yè)的發(fā)展受到了資金、產(chǎn)品、理念、人才、科技等因素的影響。同時(shí)，對(duì)比美國(guó)、日本、澳大利亞和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)等休閑漁業(yè)比較發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家和地區(qū)，它們的休閑漁業(yè)發(fā)展模式有很多地方是值得我們學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒的。針對(duì)舟山休閑漁業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程所存在的問(wèn)題及其影響因素，結(jié)合國(guó)外休閑漁業(yè)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的啟示，，本文提出擴(kuò)大企業(yè)規(guī)模、豐富經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、拓展?fàn)I銷(xiāo)方式、重視科學(xué)研究及提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量等發(fā)展舟山休閑漁業(yè)的對(duì)策及其政策扶持、完善管理、抓住營(yíng)銷(xiāo)機(jī)遇、培養(yǎng)人才制定行規(guī)等相應(yīng)的保障措施，從而促進(jìn)舟山休閑漁業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous decline of fishery resources, the economic development of traditional fisheries in Zhoushan has fallen into an unprecedented predicament. Leisure fishery has emerged as the times require. It is a new way for the development of fishery. After more than ten years' development, Zhoushan leisure fishery has made great progress and strengthened its competitiveness for Zhoushan leisure tourism. But at the same time, there are also many problems, we need to take effective measures. The paradigm of "market structure-market behavior-market performance" is the core of industrial organization theory. By studying and analyzing the market structure, the market behavior and the performance obtained, we can understand the development situation of the industry, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency. In this context, the author uses SCP paradigm to analyze the market structure, market behavior and market performance of the leisure fishery industry in Zhoushan, and find out the problems in the process of its development. The results show that the development of Zhoushan leisure fishery is influenced by funds, products, ideas, talents, science and technology. At the same time, compared with the developed countries and regions such as the United States, Japan, Australia and Taiwan, their leisure fishery development models are worth learning and learning from. In view of the problems existing in the development process of leisure fishery in Zhoushan and its influencing factors, combined with the enlightenment from the advanced experience of foreign leisure fishery, this paper proposes to expand the scale of enterprises, enrich the business model, and expand the marketing mode. Attach importance to scientific research and improve service quality and other countermeasures to develop Zhoushan leisure fishery and its policy support, improve management, seize the opportunity of marketing, train talents to formulate industry regulations and other corresponding safeguard measures, In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of Zhoushan leisure fishery.
