【摘要】：風(fēng)景區(qū)服務(wù)質(zhì)量與安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理歷來(lái)是一個(gè)廣受政府管理部門(mén)與社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本論文以南寧青秀山風(fēng)景區(qū)觀(guān)光車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論、研究方法與分析工具,對(duì)影響青秀山風(fēng)景區(qū)觀(guān)光車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素與安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理因素進(jìn)行了分析,探明了運(yùn)營(yíng)的調(diào)度管理缺乏信息支撐、觀(guān)光車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程管理復(fù)雜程度高、服務(wù)體系及管理制度不健全等因素是影響觀(guān)光車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目服務(wù)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵要素,同時(shí)對(duì)來(lái)自駕駛員、乘客、游人、觀(guān)光車(chē)、運(yùn)行線(xiàn)路情境、道路環(huán)境狀況等方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了識(shí)別與評(píng)估。基于上述研究發(fā)現(xiàn),論文最后結(jié)合青秀山建設(shè)國(guó)家AAAAA級(jí)景區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),提出了質(zhì)量控制與改進(jìn)的具體措施,以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的對(duì)策建議。本論文研究成果將對(duì)青秀山風(fēng)景區(qū)觀(guān)光車(chē)運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制與安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)作用,對(duì)相關(guān)旅游景區(qū)的管理實(shí)踐具有重要的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Scenic area service quality and safety risk management has always been a hot issue which is widely concerned by the government management departments and the society. This paper takes the tourism vehicle operation project of Qingxiu Mountain Scenic spot in Nanning as the research object, through the use of project quality control and risk management related theory, research methods and analysis tools, This paper analyzes the key factors and safety risk management factors that affect the quality of sightseeing vehicle operation project in Qingxiu Mountain scenic spot, and finds out that the dispatching management of the operation lacks of information support, and the management of the tourist vehicle operation process is complex. Such factors as imperfect service system and management system are the key factors that affect the service quality of the tourist vehicle operation project. At the same time, the situation of drivers, passengers, tourists, sightseeing cars and running routes is also discussed. Risk factors such as road environmental conditions are identified and evaluated. Based on the above findings, the paper finally puts forward the concrete measures of quality control and improvement, as well as the countermeasures and suggestions of risk management, combined with the strategic goal of constructing Qingxiu Mountain National AAAAA Scenic area. The research results of this paper will have important theoretical guidance function to the quality control and safety risk management of the sightseeing vehicle operation project in Qingxiu Mountain Scenic spot, and have important practical guiding value to the management practice of the related scenic spot.
