【摘要】：隨著旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的拓展，海島旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為一個(gè)新的熱點(diǎn)，探討長(zhǎng)白島旅游文化開(kāi)發(fā)，可以為長(zhǎng)白島旅游文化開(kāi)發(fā)提供參考，，為日漸興起的島嶼旅游開(kāi)發(fā)提供借鑒，也可以為探索鄉(xiāng)村旅游文化融合發(fā)展路徑提供借鑒。 海島旅游文化具有獨(dú)特的區(qū)域特色，濃厚的宗教特色，豐富的人文資源等方面的特征，且開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中會(huì)受到區(qū)位條件、區(qū)域旅游文化資源開(kāi)發(fā)情況、政府行為等因素的影響，實(shí)踐中可以采取獨(dú)立開(kāi)發(fā)、合作開(kāi)發(fā)與委托開(kāi)發(fā)等不同模式促進(jìn)旅游文化開(kāi)發(fā)。 長(zhǎng)白島島嶼總面積12.95平方公里，島內(nèi)旅游文化資源豐富，其中自然生態(tài)資源包括海岸巖礁沙灘類景觀資源，長(zhǎng)白島地形狹長(zhǎng)，南北有8.53平方千米海積平源、海島及海灣類景觀資源、海洋生態(tài)類景觀資源，人文歷史資源有余家村遺跡等。隨著長(zhǎng)白島開(kāi)發(fā)的提速，其旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到快速發(fā)展。長(zhǎng)白島旅游文化開(kāi)發(fā)有政策、區(qū)域旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、長(zhǎng)白島自身發(fā)展等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)，同時(shí)在資源要素供給、設(shè)施平臺(tái)建設(shè)存在不足，重視支持力度不大等方面還面臨挑戰(zhàn)，必須把握新時(shí)期旅游文化發(fā)展的機(jī)遇，消除要素不足、外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及發(fā)展環(huán)境等帶來(lái)的威脅。 國(guó)外博卡斯群島、馬爾代夫群島以及國(guó)內(nèi)的海南海島、還有我們舟山群島旅游文化開(kāi)發(fā)都有著成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具體來(lái)看包括大力完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、突出特色、整合資源借助外力、加強(qiáng)政府的組織與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等方面，這可以為長(zhǎng)白島旅游文化開(kāi)發(fā)提供有效借鑒。 長(zhǎng)白島旅游文化開(kāi)發(fā)，必須多管齊下，具體而言可以從強(qiáng)化資源保護(hù)與挖掘、制定旅游文化開(kāi)發(fā)規(guī)劃、完善配套設(shè)施、優(yōu)化開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境等方面著手。
[Abstract]:With the development of tourism culture industry, island tourism culture industry has become a new hot spot. To explore the development of Changbai island tourism culture can provide reference for Changbai island tourism culture development. Changbai Island tourism culture development has the policy, the regional tourism culture industry development, the Changbai Island own development and so on aspect superiority, simultaneously in the resources essential factor supply, the facility platform construction has the insufficiency, attaches importance to the support dynamics and so on aspect also faces the challenge. We must seize the opportunity of the development of tourism culture in the new era and eliminate the threats brought by insufficient elements, external competition and development environment. There are also successful experiences in the development of tourism culture in Zhoushan Archipelago, which include vigorously improving infrastructure, highlighting characteristics, integrating resources with the help of external forces, strengthening the organization and leadership of the government, and so on. This can provide an effective reference for the development of tourism culture on Changbai Island. The development of tourism culture on Changbai Island must be carried out in a multi-pronged manner. In particular, it is possible to strengthen the protection and excavation of resources, formulate plans for the development of tourism culture, and improve supporting facilities.
