張家界旅游企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者素質(zhì)提升研究

【摘要】:目前,國(guó)內(nèi)旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)步入快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,作為張家界服務(wù)業(yè)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),旅游業(yè)已成為拉動(dòng)張家界第三產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)支柱之一,而旅游企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者素質(zhì)是旅游企業(yè)能否成功的關(guān)鍵因素之一。由于現(xiàn)階段由于旅游業(yè)市場(chǎng)機(jī)制不健全、旅游企業(yè)管理體制不完善以及旅游企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者自身?xiàng)l件的共同影響,旅游企業(yè)發(fā)展受到一定的制約。故張家界旅游企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者素質(zhì)模型研究勢(shì)在必行,對(duì)提高旅游企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)旅游企業(yè)發(fā)展、加快少數(shù)民族地區(qū)旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)具有十分重要的意義。 本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者素質(zhì)以及素質(zhì)模型研究為基礎(chǔ),采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究方法,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者的研究成果,,采用綜合文獻(xiàn)資料法、行為事件訪談的方法,構(gòu)建了張家界旅游企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者素質(zhì)模型,分為6個(gè)素質(zhì)維度和28個(gè)要素指標(biāo),并以張家界為例進(jìn)行調(diào)查取樣,共發(fā)放500份問卷,收回486份,有效問卷458份,并對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,提煉出6大公共因子,包括:個(gè)人特質(zhì)、戰(zhàn)略決策能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、創(chuàng)新能力、關(guān)系管理能力、危機(jī)管理能力。最后在實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述研究結(jié)果,并提出提升旅游企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者素質(zhì)的對(duì)策,以及本文的局限性、進(jìn)一步的研究展望等。
[Abstract]:At present, domestic tourism has entered a period of rapid development. As a leading industry in Zhangjiajie service industry, tourism has become one of the strategic pillars of the rapid development of the third industry in Zhangjiajie. The quality of tourism enterprise leaders is one of the key factors to the success of tourism enterprises. Due to the imperfect market mechanism of tourism industry, the imperfect management system of tourism enterprises and the common influence of the conditions of the leaders of tourism enterprises, the development of tourism enterprises is restricted to a certain extent. Therefore, it is imperative for Zhangjiajie tourism enterprise leader quality model to improve the core competitiveness of tourism enterprises and promote the development of tourism enterprises. It is of great significance to speed up the tourism industry in ethnic minority areas. Based on the research of leaders' quality and quality model at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad by combining theory with practice. Using the method of comprehensive literature and behavior event interview, this paper constructs a quality model of Zhangjiajie tourism enterprise leader, which is divided into 6 quality dimensions and 28 factor indexes. Taking Zhangjiajie as an example, 500 questionnaires are distributed. 486 copies were collected, 458 valid questionnaires were collected, and the sample data were statistically analyzed. Six common factors were extracted, including: personal trait, strategic decision ability, leadership ability, innovation ability, relationship management ability and crisis management ability. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, this paper expounds the research results, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of tourism enterprise leaders, as well as the limitations of this paper, further research prospects and so on.
