【摘要】：“三農”問題對我國改革開放與社會主義現代化建設影響深遠,切實加強農業(yè)、大力發(fā)展農村經濟與努力增加農民收入是我國經濟工作的重心。發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游有利于基礎設施改善、農業(yè)結構優(yōu)化、農民收入增加以及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調發(fā)展,對滿足城市居民旅游需求與發(fā)展農村經濟起到了積極的促進作用,為“三農”問題的解決提供了一條行之有效的路徑。本文在分析發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游對破解“三農問題”、全面實現小康社會的重要意義的基礎上,提出了發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游以推進“三農”問題解決的思路,即政府引導,規(guī)范管理;科學規(guī)劃,力避盲目開發(fā);塑造品牌,增強競爭力;挖掘內涵,突出特色;強化參與性,確保旅游者與鄉(xiāng)村居民利益;培訓人才,提升服務質量;加強環(huán)境保護,彰顯生態(tài)性。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" has a profound impact on China's reform, opening up and socialist modernization. Strengthening agriculture, developing rural economy and increasing farmers' income are the key points of our country's economic work. The development of rural tourism is conducive to the improvement of infrastructure, the optimization of agricultural structure, the increase of farmers' income and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, which has played a positive role in meeting the tourism needs of urban residents and developing the rural economy. It provides an effective way to solve the problem of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Based on the analysis of the significance of developing rural tourism in solving the "three rural problems" and realizing the well-off society in an all-round way, this paper puts forward the idea of developing rural tourism in order to promote the solution of the "three rural issues", that is, the guidance of the government and the regulation of management; Scientific planning, to avoid blind development; to create brands, enhance competitiveness; dig connotation, highlight characteristics; strengthen participation to ensure the interests of tourists and rural residents; train talent, improve service quality; strengthen environmental protection, show ecology.
