基于扎根理論的旅游幸福感構成——以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)旅游博客文本為例

【摘要】:追求幸福是個體生存的根本動機,當旅游日益成為人們享受幸福生活的重要表達時,旅游研究有理由探討旅游與幸福感的關系。以扎根理論為研究工具,以旅游博客的博主為研究對象,系統(tǒng)分析旅游過程中旅游者身心感受的變化。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),旅游的根本動機是尋找和收獲旅游幸福感。旅游者從居住地世俗生活狀態(tài)進入旅游環(huán)境,通過休閑、娛樂、教育、逃避、美感和移情過程,達到消遣、逃逸、認知、審美和移情的目的;享受從生理感知、心理變化和靈性提升不同層級的生命狀態(tài),獲得深刻的人生經(jīng)歷,再回到居住地慣常環(huán)境的歷程,實現(xiàn)從世俗到"神圣"再歸于平凡的生命狀態(tài)轉換。旅游前美好期待體驗、旅游中福樂體驗、旅游后溫馨回憶體驗,成為旅游幸福感的時間構成;享受閑適生活、獲得旅游福樂體驗、提升積極情緒、減弱不良情緒、感受人際美好,進而提升人生境界,是旅游幸福感的重要內容構成。因此,旅游服務實際上應起始于旅游行程前,綻放于旅游過程中,延伸至旅游活動后。旅游服務必須持高度的人文情懷,以發(fā)于心、形于外的貼心關照才能給予旅游者一段幸福的人生經(jīng)歷。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of happiness is the fundamental motive for individual survival. When tourism becomes an important expression for people to enjoy a happy life, tourism research has reason to explore the relationship between tourism and happiness. Taking the rooted theory as the research tool and the blogger of the tourism blog as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes the changes of tourists' physical and mental feelings in the process of tourism. The study found that the fundamental motivation of tourism is to seek and harvest tourism happiness. Tourists enter the tourist environment through leisure, entertainment, education, escape, aesthetic feeling and empathy, in order to achieve the purpose of recreation, escape, cognition, aesthetics and empathy. Psychological change and spiritual improvement of different levels of life state, obtain profound life experience, and then return to the process of habitually living environment, and realize the conversion from secular to "sacred" and then to ordinary life state. The happy expectation experience before travel, the happiness experience in tourism, the warm recall experience after travel become the time composition of tourism happiness, enjoy leisure life, obtain tourism happiness experience, promote positive emotion, weaken bad emotion, It is an important content of tourism happiness to feel the beauty of people and then to improve the realm of life. Therefore, tourism services should actually start before travel, bloom in the process of tourism, and extend after tourism activities. Tourism service must hold high humanistic feelings, in order to give tourists a happy life experience.
