【摘要】：旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)正在以較快的速度不斷發(fā)展。跟隨社會(huì)發(fā)展的步伐,旅游需求會(huì)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展愈來愈旺盛,我國政府也隨之更關(guān)注旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)整體的發(fā)展。但是在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,很多的旅游建設(shè)投資公司因?yàn)楹雎粤寺糜我?guī)律的重要性、盲目進(jìn)行融資開發(fā)而使融資項(xiàng)目失敗的案例有很多。因此,如何從旅游建設(shè)公司的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目本身出發(fā),在保證遵循資本市場規(guī)律和旅游規(guī)律的前提下,為旅游開發(fā)建立有效的融資體系,解決其融資問題,提高其融資效率是旅游開發(fā)公司面臨的一大重要問題。在當(dāng)前旅游業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,旅游建設(shè)公司在現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮著重大作用的背景下,本文以韶山市旅游投資建設(shè)有限責(zé)任公司作為研究對(duì)象,分析了公司的概況和財(cái)務(wù)情況后提出資金短缺是制約企業(yè)壯大發(fā)展的核心問題,。從政治環(huán)境分析、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境因素分析和社會(huì)環(huán)境因素等提出公司擁有較好的融資環(huán)境,進(jìn)而提出融資方案。具體內(nèi)容如下:首先介紹了研究的背景、目的和意義,概括性的論述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)企業(yè)融資的相關(guān)研究,總結(jié)了目前的研究成果及不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)融資的含義、融資方式和分類、融資結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)理論等進(jìn)行了完整的闡述,為本文的后續(xù)研究奠定了必要的理論基礎(chǔ)。然后,介紹了韶山市旅游投資建設(shè)有限責(zé)任公司的財(cái)務(wù)情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了適合于該公司的非公開定向債務(wù)融資工具、資產(chǎn)證券化、股權(quán)融資三種融資方式,并就資產(chǎn)證券化為例詳細(xì)分析了短期融資過程,最后從制度、財(cái)務(wù)資金、人員保障、提升信用等方面提出韶山市旅游建設(shè)投資公司融資方案實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Tourism economy is developing at a fast speed. Following the pace of social development, tourism demand will be more and more vigorous with the development of economy. Our government is also paying more attention to the development of tourism industry as a whole. However, in real life, many tourism construction and investment companies are blind to the importance of ignoring the law of tourism. There are many cases of financing project failure. Therefore, how to set out from the development project of the tourism construction company, to establish an effective financing system for tourism development, to solve the financing problems and improve the financing efficiency is one of the tourism development companies, on the premise of the development project of the tourism construction company. In the background of the rapid development of tourism industry and the important role of the tourism construction company in the modern market economy, this paper takes the Shaoshan tourism investment and Construction Co., Ltd. as the research object, and analyzes the shortage of capital contribution after the company's general situation and financial situation, which is the core problem that restricts the growth and development of the enterprises. From the analysis of the political environment, the analysis of the regional economic environment factors and the social environment factors, the company has a better financing environment, and then puts forward the financing scheme. The specific contents are as follows: first, the background, purpose and significance of the research are introduced, and the relevant research of the domestic and foreign scholars on enterprise financing is briefly discussed, and the current research is summarized. On this basis, a complete exposition is made on the meaning of financing, the financing mode and classification, and the related theory of financing structure, which lays the necessary theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of this article. Then, the financial situation of the Shaoshan tourism investment and construction limited liability company is introduced. On this basis, it is put forward for the company. The non-public oriented debt financing tools, asset securitization, equity financing three financing methods, and the asset securitization of the detailed analysis of the short-term financing process, and finally from the system, financial funds, personnel protection, promotion of credit and other aspects of the Shaoshan city tourism construction investment company financing plans to implement the guarantee measures.
