導(dǎo)游人員傳播旅游文化的途徑、方法與影響因素研究

【摘要】:導(dǎo)游人員可以說(shuō)是傳播旅游文化的“橋梁”和“紐帶”,通過(guò)講解和介紹的形式傳播旅游文化。在旅游業(yè)中,無(wú)論旅游景觀有多么吸引人,旅行社組織、招徠多少旅游者,最終直接面對(duì)旅游者,最直接接觸旅游者的就是導(dǎo)游員,所以導(dǎo)游人員的言談舉止、行為活動(dòng)在很大程度上影響旅游者對(duì)某一地區(qū)旅游文化的印象,決定著旅游者對(duì)其旅游文化的認(rèn)知。旅游文化是在整個(gè)旅游實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中所創(chuàng)造的一切財(cái)富的總括,自然也包括旅游審美活動(dòng)。旅游者如何能夠?qū)δ骋坏氐奈镔|(zhì)上和精神上的一切事物感興趣,產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的認(rèn)知度,那就靠導(dǎo)游人員的審美引導(dǎo)了。那么,導(dǎo)游人員在傳播旅游文化中處于怎樣的位置以及發(fā)揮哪些作用;導(dǎo)游人員是如何傳播旅游文化,傳播的內(nèi)容是什么,,通過(guò)哪些途徑與方式進(jìn)行傳播的;怎樣提升導(dǎo)游人員的旅游文化傳播,對(duì)策與方法是什么。以上這些是本文要探討的主要內(nèi)容。誠(chéng)然,有關(guān)導(dǎo)游人員理論的研究已經(jīng)開始,尤其是有一些學(xué)者已經(jīng)在運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論研究其在旅游文化傳播中所扮演的角色與地位,但參酌內(nèi)容的外延還有待于加強(qiáng)。 本文以研究牡丹江市鏡泊湖旅游風(fēng)景區(qū)的導(dǎo)游對(duì)本地區(qū)旅游文化傳播的影響為主旨,旨在從導(dǎo)游人員在傳播旅游文化過(guò)程中的所處的地位與所產(chǎn)生的作用、導(dǎo)游人員對(duì)旅游文化的傳播途徑和方法、導(dǎo)游人員傳播旅游文化的影響因素,探討導(dǎo)游人員在旅游文化傳播中的影響因素。主要分析牡丹江市鏡泊湖導(dǎo)游人員在旅游文化傳播中存在的若干問(wèn)題,就目前牡丹江市各旅游相關(guān)部門采取的一系列措施與方法,從中找出隱藏的不足的地方,給出相應(yīng)的整改意見(jiàn)與建議,希望對(duì)提升鏡泊湖風(fēng)景區(qū)導(dǎo)游人員的旅游文化傳播會(huì)所以幫助,進(jìn)而擴(kuò)大區(qū)域間文化的滲透與交融。
[Abstract]:Tour guides can be said to be the "bridge" and "tie" to spread tourism culture, and to spread tourism culture through explanation and introduction. In the tourism industry, no matter how attractive the tourist landscape is, how many tourists are attracted and how many tourists are organized by the travel agency, and in the end, the tourist guides are the most direct contact tourists, so the tour guides talk and behave. To a great extent, behavioral activities affect tourists' impressions of tourism culture in a certain area and determine tourists' cognition of tourism culture. Tourism culture is the sum of all the wealth created in the whole tourism practice, and naturally includes tourism aesthetic activities. How tourists can be interested in material and spiritual things in a certain place and have a strong sense of understanding depends on the aesthetic guidance of tour guides. Then, what is the position of tour guides in the communication of tourism culture and what role they play, how do tour guides spread tourism culture, what is the content of communication, through which ways and means of communication; How to improve the tourism cultural communication of tour guides, what are the countermeasures and methods? These are the main contents of this paper. It is true that the research on the theory of tour guide personnel has already begun, especially some scholars have already applied the relevant theory to study its role and position in the travel culture dissemination, but the extension of the reference content still needs to be strengthened. The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of tour guides in Jingpohu Lake tourist scenic spot in Mudanjiang City on the dissemination of tourism culture in this area, aiming at the role of tour guides in the process of spreading tourism culture. The way and method of tour guide's spreading to tourist culture, the influencing factors of tour guide's spreading tourist culture, and the influencing factors of tour guide's communication in tourism culture are discussed. This paper mainly analyzes some problems of tour guides in Jingpohu Lake, Mudanjiang City, and finds out the hidden deficiencies from a series of measures and methods adopted by various tourism departments in Mudanjiang City at present. The corresponding suggestions and suggestions are given in this paper. It is hoped that it will help to promote the tour cultural communication club of tour guides in Jingbo Lake Scenic area, and then expand the infiltration and blending of regional culture.
