結(jié)合情境故事法、Kano模型和QFD法的文化景觀旅游體驗設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:文化旅游是旅游的一種類型,文化旅游體驗相對于其他類型旅游體驗而言,更注重對文化元素的感知和文化氛圍的體驗。目前許多以人文景觀為主的旅游景區(qū),文化體驗不足,游客滿意度不高,因此文化體驗設(shè)計尤為重要。國內(nèi)學(xué)者對于文化景觀旅游的體驗設(shè)計研究較少,而相應(yīng)的文化景觀導(dǎo)游軟件更是參差不齊,缺乏良好的用戶體驗。 針對上述問題,本研究發(fā)展了一套完整的文化景觀旅游體驗設(shè)計流程,將QFD法、Kano模型和情境故事法相結(jié)合來設(shè)計文化景觀導(dǎo)游軟件。研究以雷峰塔導(dǎo)游軟件作為設(shè)計實例進行說明,通過真實旅游場景的調(diào)研構(gòu)建旅游問題情境,采用用戶訪談和Kano問卷獲取雷峰塔游客需求屬性;接著邀請行業(yè)專家進行焦點小組討論,確定了13項移動端軟件設(shè)計屬性,最后通過質(zhì)量屋的構(gòu)建,量化得到最終的用戶需求優(yōu)先度和設(shè)計需求優(yōu)先度,從而獲取雷鋒塔導(dǎo)游軟件的設(shè)計方向:(1)在雷峰塔導(dǎo)游軟件的設(shè)計中,核心功能應(yīng)是雷峰塔歷史介紹、景點游覽服務(wù)和周邊信息查詢;(2)在13項移動產(chǎn)品設(shè)計需求中,最重要的設(shè)計需求是界面設(shè)計,其次是導(dǎo)航設(shè)計和信息架構(gòu),這三者與軟件使用過程中的可用性、易用性息息相關(guān),因此優(yōu)先級別最高。最后根據(jù)質(zhì)量屋的結(jié)果對雷峰塔文化旅游進行體驗設(shè)計,建立雷峰塔導(dǎo)游軟件的系統(tǒng)框架和交互流程圖,設(shè)計雷峰塔導(dǎo)游軟件高保真模型,通過用戶體驗測試獲得軟件評價和可用性問題,并進行相應(yīng)的修改。 本研究探索性地將QFD法、Kano模型和情境故事法相結(jié)合來設(shè)計文化景觀導(dǎo)游軟件,具有比較高的實用性,該方法能夠在實際產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中幫助軟件設(shè)計師明確用戶需求的優(yōu)先級順序,從而最大程度地提高用戶滿意度,科學(xué)制定軟件的設(shè)計方向。
[Abstract]:Cultural tourism is a type of tourism. Compared with other types of tourism experience, cultural tourism experience pays more attention to the perception of cultural elements and cultural atmosphere experience. At present, the cultural experience is not enough and the tourist satisfaction is not high, so the design of cultural experience is especially important. Domestic scholars for cultural landscape tourism experience design research is less, and the corresponding cultural landscape tour guide software is uneven, lack of good user experience. In order to solve the above problems, this study developed a complete design process of cultural landscape tourism experience, and combined the QFD model with the situational story method to design the cultural landscape tour guide software. The research takes Leifeng tower tour guide software as the design example to explain, through the real tourism scene investigation constructs the tourism question situation, uses the user interview and the Kano questionnaire obtains Leifeng tower tourist demand attribute; Then, industry experts are invited to focus group discussions, and 13 attributes of mobile software design are determined. Finally, the final user requirement priority and design requirement priority are quantified through the construction of the quality house. In the design of the tour guide software of Leifeng Tower, the core function should be the introduction of the history of Leifeng Tower, the scenic spot tour service and the information inquiry around it) in 13 mobile product design needs. The most important design requirement is interface design, followed by navigation design and information architecture, which are closely related to the usability and ease of use of software, so the priority is the highest. Finally, based on the results of the quality House, the experience design of Leifeng Tower cultural tourism is carried out, the system framework and interactive flow chart of Leifeng Tower tour guide software are established, and the high-fidelity model of Leifeng Tower tour guide software is designed. Through user experience testing to obtain software evaluation and usability issues, and make corresponding modifications. In this study, the QFD model and the situational story method are combined to design the cultural landscape guide software, which has high practicability. This method can help the software designer to determine the priority order of the user's requirements in the process of actual product development, so as to improve the satisfaction of the user to the greatest extent and scientifically formulate the design direction of the software.
