【摘要】：自二十世紀(jì)九十年代開始，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已成為重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形式。相關(guān)企業(yè)之間在集群內(nèi)部通過合作、交流，產(chǎn)生了明顯的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，能夠提高產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢，，帶動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速崛起。在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概念被正式提出后，這一新型產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形式就引起了國內(nèi)和國外眾多學(xué)者的廣泛興趣。隨著新一輪產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換浪潮的到來，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)，已經(jīng)在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中處于更加重要地位。如何加快旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展也成為越來越多學(xué)者研究的課題。雖然旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已經(jīng)成為一種較為普遍的現(xiàn)象。但是，與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群高速發(fā)展形勢相對應(yīng)的是：從理論上對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的研究還處在初期探索階段，理論研究和形勢發(fā)展要求存在較大差距。 本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論作為實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律的分析，對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概念、特征、形成模式等基本理論進(jìn)行了研究。將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論應(yīng)用于山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際需要。論文運(yùn)用多種定量指標(biāo)分析了山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，認(rèn)為山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群初具規(guī)模。在此基礎(chǔ)上，針對山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)提出集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。并對發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)注意的問題提出對策建議。 本文正文分為五部分： 第一部分，對于論文的選題背景、研究方法、研究的意義進(jìn)行說明。對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論和實(shí)踐研究情況進(jìn)行總結(jié)。并立足于山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展情況，提出文章的技術(shù)路線和研究框架。 第二部分，對“旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群”這一概念根據(jù)作者理解進(jìn)行了界定，并對其構(gòu)成以及形成過程等理論內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行分析。對本文分析研究中所應(yīng)用的相關(guān)理論做了簡要介紹。 第三部分，對影響山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。有選擇的運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)集群常用定量指標(biāo)，對山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群整體發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行測評，并運(yùn)用空間自相關(guān)分析法對集群內(nèi)的各地市集聚度分析。 第四部分，根據(jù)空間自相關(guān)分析結(jié)果，結(jié)合山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)際情況，提出未來發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。 第五部分，提出山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群未來應(yīng)注意采用的對策。以期對山東半島城市群旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展進(jìn)行有效指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990 s, industrial clusters have become an important form of economic development. Through cooperation and communication among related enterprises within the cluster, it has produced obvious scale economic benefits, which can improve the competitive advantage of industry and promote the rapid rise of regional economy. After the concept of industrial cluster was formally put forward, this new form of industrial development has aroused the widespread interest of many scholars both at home and abroad. With the arrival of a new round of industrial transformation, tourism industry, as a sunrise industry, has been in a more important position in the development of regional economy. How to speed up the development of tourism industry cluster has also become the subject of more and more scholars. Although tourism industry cluster has become a relatively common phenomenon. However, corresponding to the rapid development of tourism industry cluster, the theoretical research on tourism industry cluster is still in the initial stage of exploration, and there is a big gap between the theoretical research and the development of the situation. Based on the theory of industrial cluster and the analysis of the law of tourism industry development, this paper studies the concept, characteristics and formation model of tourism industry cluster. The theory of industrial cluster is applied to the development of tourism industry in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration. This paper analyzes the present situation of tourism industry in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration by using a variety of quantitative indicators, and thinks that the tourism industry cluster of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is beginning to take shape. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the strategic conception of cluster development for the tourism industry of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of development. The text of this paper is divided into five parts: The first part explains the background, research methods and significance of the thesis. Summarize the theory and practice of tourism industry cluster. Based on the development of tourism industry cluster in Shandong Peninsula, this paper puts forward the technical route and research framework. In the second part, the concept of "tourism industry cluster" is defined according to the author's understanding, and the theoretical connotations of its composition and formation process are analyzed. The related theories applied in this paper are briefly introduced. The third part analyzes the development environment of tourism industry cluster in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration. This paper evaluates the overall development of tourism industry cluster in Shandong Peninsula by using the commonly used quantitative indexes of industrial cluster, and analyzes the concentration degree of cities in the cluster by using spatial autocorrelation analysis method. The fourth part, according to the results of spatial autocorrelation analysis, combined with the actual situation of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration tourism industry, put forward the future development of strategic ideas. The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures that should be adopted in the future of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration tourism industry cluster. In order to effectively guide the development of tourism industry cluster in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.
