重慶農(nóng)民旅游行為研究

【摘要】:改革開放至今,我國旅游業(yè)逐步進入了健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展階段,旅游市場廣闊且日益繁榮,再加上我國農(nóng)村人口比重一直較大,因此研究農(nóng)民的旅游動機、偏好、消費情況等旅游行為規(guī)律對于旅游市場的進一步開發(fā)和維護來講都有著重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實作用。本論文主要分理論研究和實證研究的兩部分內(nèi)容。 理論研究方面:論文首先用文獻法對農(nóng)民旅游相關(guān)研究進行了搜索并綜述;總結(jié)了與旅游行為研究相關(guān)的四大相關(guān)理論,包括旅游需要與旅游動機理論、旅游者消費行為理論、幸福經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論和距離衰減理論;分別從宏觀和微觀兩大角度出發(fā)分析了影響農(nóng)民旅游行為的各個因素,,具體包括社會、經(jīng)濟、文化、技術(shù)、政治等宏觀因素以及個體屬性和心理等微觀因素。 實證研究方面:本文運用問卷法和訪談法等實地調(diào)研方法,主要從收入對農(nóng)民旅游行為的影響這一角度,對重慶地域的6區(qū)縣8鎮(zhèn)13行政村的農(nóng)民旅游行為做了實證研究。論文主要用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件對研究數(shù)據(jù)進行了數(shù)據(jù)描述、交叉表和相關(guān)性等具體統(tǒng)計和分析。 研究結(jié)果表明:重慶農(nóng)民的旅游認知渠道和旅游動機多樣,且旅游需求旺盛;農(nóng)民旅游消費行為層次分明;農(nóng)民的個人經(jīng)濟收入對其旅游行為有著極大的影響,具體表現(xiàn)在農(nóng)民群體的收入越高,其旅游動機越是復(fù)雜,旅游消費層次也越高;此外,家庭收入與第二收入源對農(nóng)民的旅游行為也有一定的影響。出游率不高則暗示了重慶農(nóng)民旅游的潛在市場巨大。 最后,為進一步做好重慶農(nóng)民旅游市場的開發(fā)和維護等工作,本文提出了具有針對性的相關(guān)具體建議。在鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)級等基層提供好農(nóng)民旅游咨詢服務(wù);維護好廣大農(nóng)民旅游者的消費權(quán)益;引導(dǎo)好農(nóng)民的旅游消費觀念;改善旅游交通服務(wù),提高農(nóng)民旅游滿意度;實現(xiàn)好農(nóng)民的增收愿望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has gradually entered a healthy and sustained stage of development, the tourism market is broad and increasingly prosperous, plus the proportion of rural population has been large, so the study of farmers' tourism motives, preferences, The rules of tourism behavior, such as consumption, have important theoretical and practical significance for the further development and maintenance of tourism market. This thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical research and empirical research. Theoretical research: firstly, the paper searches and summarizes the related research of farmers' tourism with the method of literature, and summarizes the four relevant theories related to the study of tourism behavior, including the theory of tourism needs and tourism motivation, the theory of tourists' consumption behavior. The economic theory of happiness and the theory of distance attenuation; from the macro and micro perspectives, respectively, this paper analyzes the factors that affect farmers' tourism behavior, including social, economic, cultural, technological, social, economic, cultural, and technological aspects. Macro factors such as politics and micro factors such as individual attributes and psychology. Empirical research: this paper makes an empirical study on the farmers' tourism behavior in 6 districts, 8 towns and 13 administrative villages in Chongqing from the perspective of the impact of income on farmers' tourism behavior, using questionnaire and interview methods. In this paper, the data description, cross table and correlation are analyzed with SPSS software. The results show that: Chongqing farmers' tourism cognitive channels and tourism motivation are diverse, and tourism demand is strong; farmers' tourism consumption behavior is clear; farmers' personal economic income has a great impact on their tourism behavior. The higher the income of the peasant group, the more complex the tourism motivation and the higher the level of tourism consumption. In addition, the family income and the second income source also have certain influence on the farmers' tourism behavior. The low rate of travel implies a huge potential market for farmers in Chongqing. Finally, in order to further develop and maintain the farmers' tourism market in Chongqing, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions. At the township and township level, we should provide a good consultation service for farmers' tourism; maintain the consumption rights and interests of the vast number of farmers; guide the farmers' concept of tourism consumption; improve the tourist transportation service and increase the farmers' satisfaction with tourism; We will realize the farmers' desire to increase their income.
