基于旅游數(shù)字足跡的三亞—西沙航線游客滿(mǎn)意度研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)內(nèi)旅游業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,旅游市場(chǎng)逐漸成熟,旅游目的地游客滿(mǎn)意度成為學(xué)者和旅游者的關(guān)注熱點(diǎn);ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)和人們的生活的密切度越來(lái)越緊密,已經(jīng)成為人們獲取信息傳遞信息的重要平臺(tái),具有重要的意義。為了進(jìn)一步了解旅游者對(duì)三亞——西沙航線的體驗(yàn)感想,提升三亞——西沙航線的游客滿(mǎn)意度,本文基于旅游數(shù)字足跡理論和游客滿(mǎn)意度理論,從攜程網(wǎng)、同程網(wǎng)、螞蜂窩上選取2013年至2017年關(guān)于三亞——西沙航線的游客游記,并且以游記的內(nèi)容和已有的相關(guān)研究為基礎(chǔ)確定指標(biāo)因素,運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)三亞——西沙航線游客滿(mǎn)意度進(jìn)行測(cè)量,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果來(lái)看,三亞——西沙航線的游客滿(mǎn)意度較高,這表明旅游者對(duì)三亞——西沙航線總體感覺(jué)良好,對(duì)這次行程較為滿(mǎn)意。同時(shí)再次依據(jù)滿(mǎn)意度的測(cè)評(píng)結(jié)果,分析了三亞——西沙航線存在的問(wèn)題,并且針對(duì)性的提出了改進(jìn)方向和建議,希望能夠?yàn)槲魃橙簫u旅游業(yè)更好地發(fā)展提供動(dòng)力,為西沙旅游相關(guān)的政策的制定提供依據(jù)。論文主要分為以下幾個(gè)步驟:①對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧總結(jié),對(duì)滿(mǎn)意度理論和旅游數(shù)字足跡理論進(jìn)行梳理,說(shuō)明利用旅游數(shù)字足跡理論來(lái)研究三亞——西沙航線滿(mǎn)意度的合理性可行性;②基于以往的研究基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合專(zhuān)家、老師、同學(xué)的建議,分析三亞——西沙航線游客滿(mǎn)意度的影響因素,構(gòu)建三亞——西沙航線游客滿(mǎn)意度的測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系,立足于旅游數(shù)字足跡這一新的研究視角,從攜程網(wǎng)、同程網(wǎng)以及螞蜂窩上,篩選出130篇以三亞——西沙航線為主題的游記,作為研究樣本,并對(duì)樣本進(jìn)行分析、打分。③根據(jù)打分結(jié)果并結(jié)合IPA分析法,對(duì)三亞——西沙航線各C級(jí)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行細(xì)分,得出優(yōu)勢(shì)指標(biāo)和需要改進(jìn)提升的指標(biāo),針對(duì)三亞——西沙航線的實(shí)際情況,提出相應(yīng)的提升對(duì)策。研究結(jié)果證明,由網(wǎng)絡(luò)游記測(cè)量得出的游客滿(mǎn)意度結(jié)果具有科學(xué)性和研究?jī)r(jià)值,通過(guò)高頻詞的提取可以獲得游客旅程中的主要關(guān)注點(diǎn)和較為真實(shí)的旅游感受,滿(mǎn)意度的測(cè)量結(jié)果能夠作為學(xué)術(shù)研究的研究基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)內(nèi)容分析法和IPA分析法的運(yùn)用,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)游記這種定性資料,轉(zhuǎn)化為定量的數(shù)據(jù),在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上證明這種方法在理論上和實(shí)踐上都是可行的,最終也能得到有意義有價(jià)值的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic tourism, the tourism market is gradually mature, tourist satisfaction has become a hot topic for scholars and tourists. The closeness of the Internet and people's lives has become an important platform for people to obtain information and transmit information, which is of great significance. In order to further understand the tourists' experience of the Sanya Xisha route and enhance the tourist satisfaction of the Sanya Xisha route, this paper based on the tourism digital footprint theory and the tourist satisfaction theory, from Ctrip, the same Cheng net, On the Grasshopper Honeycomb, tourist travel notes on the Sanya Xisha route from 2013 to 2017 were selected, and based on the contents of the travel notes and related studies available, the index factors were determined. Using qualitative and quantitative methods to measure the tourist satisfaction of Sanya Xisha route, according to the evaluation results, the tourist satisfaction of Sanya Xisha route is high. This shows that tourists on the Sanya-Xisha route in general feel good, more satisfied with the trip. At the same time, according to the results of satisfaction evaluation, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the Sanya Xisha route, and puts forward the direction and suggestions for improvement, hoping to provide the impetus for the better development of tourism in Xisha Islands. To provide the basis for the policy formulation of Xisha tourism. The paper is divided into the following steps: 1 to review and summarize the relevant literature, to comb the satisfaction theory and tourism digital footprint theory. Explain the rationality and feasibility of using the tourism digital footprint theory to study the satisfaction degree of the Sanya-Xisha route. 2. Based on the previous research basis, combined with the suggestions of experts, teachers and students, This paper analyzes the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction of Sanya Xisha airline, constructs the evaluation index system of tourist satisfaction on Sanya Xisha airline, and bases on the new research angle of tourism digital footprint, from Ctrip net, same Cheng net and Grasshopper's honeycomb. One hundred and thirty travel notes with the theme of Sanya Xisha route were selected and analyzed. According to the score results and IPA analysis, the C grade indexes of Sanya Xisha route were subdivided. The advantage index and the index that need to be improved are obtained, and the corresponding promotion countermeasures are put forward according to the actual situation of Sanya-Xisha route. The results show that the results of tourist satisfaction measured by online travel records are scientific and worthy of study, and the main concerns and real tourist feelings can be obtained through the extraction of high-frequency words. The results of satisfaction measurement can be used as the basis of academic research. Through the application of content analysis method and IPA analysis method, the qualitative data of online travel record are transformed into quantitative data. On the basis of previous studies, it is proved that this method is feasible both in theory and in practice. In the end, a meaningful and valuable conclusion can be reached.
