【摘要】:當(dāng)前,在我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,,資源枯竭、環(huán)境污染、霧霾天氣等越來(lái)越引起人們對(duì)企業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題的關(guān)注。旅游業(yè)作為正在迅速發(fā)展的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),一方面促進(jìn)了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)就業(yè)、提升人們生活品質(zhì),另一方面又存在旅游產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、保護(hù)員工權(quán)益、旅行社誠(chéng)信等方面的責(zé)任缺失問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響了旅行社在公眾心目中的形象,制約著旅行社的科學(xué)發(fā)展。在生態(tài)旅游、綠色環(huán)保的理念下,我國(guó)旅行社社會(huì)責(zé)任現(xiàn)狀如何,癥結(jié)何在,出路又在何方,這些問(wèn)題急需學(xué)界進(jìn)行深入探討與研究。 本文以中國(guó)國(guó)際旅行社總社為案例,探討旅行社社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題,論文整體上分為五個(gè)部分。第一章主要從選題背景、研究綜述、研究方法等方面了介紹了論文的思路。第二章主要分析旅行社社會(huì)責(zé)任的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),并指出了相應(yīng)的責(zé)任對(duì)象以及旅行社現(xiàn)階段履行社會(huì)責(zé)任的必要性。為分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)旅行社社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章“以國(guó)旅為例試析我國(guó)旅行社承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任的現(xiàn)狀”,本章作為本文研究的重要部分,以實(shí)例為基礎(chǔ)分析了我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段旅行社在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、環(huán)境保護(hù)、社會(huì)公益方面履行社會(huì)責(zé)任取得的成就,同時(shí)分析社會(huì)責(zé)任缺失的主要表現(xiàn)。第四章從旅行社經(jīng)營(yíng)者、社會(huì)責(zé)任管理體制、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平、社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等角度分析了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)旅行社社會(huì)責(zé)任缺失的主要原因。第五章從政府、企業(yè)、公眾與媒體三個(gè)層面提出我國(guó)旅行社旅行社會(huì)責(zé)任的具體措施和實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。
[Abstract]:At present, under the condition of socialist market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, resources exhausted, environmental pollution, haze weather and so on, more and more people pay attention to the problem of corporate social responsibility. Tourism, as a sunrise industry, is developing rapidly. On the one hand, it has promoted the development of the national economy, promoted employment and improved the quality of life of people. On the other hand, there are tourism products development and protection of employees' rights and interests. The lack of responsibility in travel agency integrity seriously affects the image of travel agency in the eyes of the public and restricts the scientific development of travel agency. Under the concept of eco-tourism and green environmental protection, the current situation, the crux and the way out of the social responsibility of travel agencies in China need to be discussed and studied in depth. This paper takes the China International Travel Service as a case to discuss the social responsibility of travel agencies. The paper is divided into five parts as a whole. The first chapter mainly introduces the ideas of the thesis from the background, research summary, research methods and so on. The second chapter mainly analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of travel agency social responsibility and points out the corresponding object of responsibility and the necessity of the travel agency to fulfill social responsibility at the present stage. It provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the problem of social responsibility of travel agencies in China. The third chapter is "taking China Travel Service as an example to analyze the present situation of travel agency's social responsibility in our country". As an important part of this paper, this chapter analyzes the economic development and environmental protection of travel agency in China at the present stage on the basis of examples. At the same time, it analyzes the main performance of the lack of social responsibility. The fourth chapter analyzes the main reasons for the lack of social responsibility of travel agencies in China at present from the perspectives of travel agency operators, social responsibility management system, economic and social development level, social responsibility evaluation mechanism and so on. The fifth chapter puts forward the concrete measures and the way to realize the responsibility of travel agencies in China from three aspects: government, enterprise, public and media.
