【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)始終處于平穩(wěn)快速發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)下,在線旅游業(yè)作為同互聯(lián)網(wǎng)息息相關(guān)的一個(gè)新興產(chǎn)業(yè),其促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用愈發(fā)明顯,旅游業(yè)持續(xù)快速的增長(zhǎng),使得全球范圍內(nèi)對(duì)于旅游業(yè)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展作用的重視程度不斷提高。旅游業(yè)的興起與發(fā)展,在世界范圍內(nèi)都有著顯著的表現(xiàn),從而吸引了大量的創(chuàng)業(yè)人士加入,成為旅游業(yè)從業(yè)者。根據(jù)當(dāng)前形勢(shì),在線旅游業(yè)正在一個(gè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,伴隨著消費(fèi)水平的提升,前所未有的市場(chǎng)需求與客戶體驗(yàn)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,特別是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的興起,旅游業(yè)新的浪潮一波接著一波,在線旅游企業(yè)之間的必爭(zhēng)之地逐漸變成移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)。得益于越來(lái)越大的旅游市場(chǎng)與日益提高的在線滲透率,給在線旅游市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)了廣闊的前景。但是起步較晚、技術(shù)落后與法律法規(guī)的不完善,給了我國(guó)在線旅游的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了較大阻力,如何發(fā)展多借鑒與國(guó)外的成功企業(yè)。當(dāng)前,國(guó)內(nèi)在線旅游企業(yè)也都注意到這些問(wèn)題,開(kāi)始結(jié)合國(guó)情,研究出真正適合國(guó)內(nèi)在線旅游市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展模式。本文首先簡(jiǎn)單地介紹了我國(guó)在線旅游行業(yè)的概況,同時(shí)介紹了我國(guó)當(dāng)前在線旅游業(yè)基本情況,并提出在線旅游行業(yè)面臨的問(wèn)題。其次,介紹攜程網(wǎng)發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀。再次,通過(guò)對(duì)攜程網(wǎng)進(jìn)行PEST分析以及SWOT分析,分析總結(jié)了攜程網(wǎng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)及劣勢(shì)。之后,根據(jù)在線旅游業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合攜程網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出攜程網(wǎng)依靠移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的改進(jìn)與建議。最后,總結(jié)本論文主要研究的問(wèn)題和方法,對(duì)于攜程網(wǎng)在線旅游業(yè)如何在未來(lái)發(fā)展提出建議,進(jìn)一步展望在線旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)分析研究得出的結(jié)論是:攜程網(wǎng),包括整個(gè)在線旅游業(yè),想要繼續(xù)發(fā)展,應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,依靠大數(shù)據(jù)、產(chǎn)品與運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的創(chuàng)新、融合與合作等手段,提升企業(yè)與行業(yè)在線滲透率。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's economy has been in a stable and rapid state of development. As a new industry closely related to the Internet, the role of online tourism in promoting economic growth is becoming more and more obvious, and tourism continues to grow rapidly. So that the global attention to the role of tourism to promote economic development has been increasing. The rise and development of tourism has a remarkable performance in the world, which attracts a large number of entrepreneurs to join the tourism industry. According to the current situation, online tourism is in a critical period of development. With the improvement of consumption level, unprecedented market demand and customer experience emerge as the times require, especially the rise of mobile Internet. With the new wave of tourism, the competition between online tourism enterprises has gradually become a mobile Internet platform. Thanks to the growing tourism market and increasing online penetration, online tourism market brings broad prospects. However, the late start, backward technology and imperfect laws and regulations have caused great resistance to the development of online tourism in China. At present, domestic online tourism enterprises also pay attention to these problems, and begin to study the development model of domestic online tourism market. This paper first introduces the general situation of China's online tourism industry, and at the same time introduces the basic situation of China's current online tourism industry, and puts forward the problems faced by the online tourism industry. Secondly, introduce the development course and current situation of Ctrip. Thirdly, through the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of Ctrip, the core competitive advantages and disadvantages of Ctrip are summarized. Then, according to the existing problems of online tourism, combined with the current situation of Ctrip, the paper puts forward the improvement and suggestions of Ctrip relying on mobile Internet development. Finally, this paper summarizes the main research issues and methods, for Ctrip online tourism in the future development suggestions, and further prospects for the development of online tourism. The conclusion of this paper is: if Ctrip, including the whole online tourism industry, wants to continue to develop, it should seize the opportunity of rapid development of mobile Internet, rely on big data, product and operation mode innovation. Integration and cooperation means to enhance the online penetration of enterprises and industries.
