【摘要】：近年來(lái),陜西省旅游業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位越來(lái)越凸顯,2012年的旅游總收入已占到陜西省GDP (Gross Domestic Product)的11.85%,陜西省政府也將旅游業(yè)視為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。因此,研究陜西省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響十分必要。 首先,本文采用定性的分析方法對(duì)陜西省旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,從陜西省的旅游資源稟賦和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境來(lái)看,陜西省具備大力發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的條件。其次采用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、Granger因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)、脈沖響應(yīng)和方差分解等方法,借助Eviews6.0軟件對(duì)代表旅游業(yè)發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)水平的兩變量旅游總收入和GDP的關(guān)系進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示旅游總收入與GDP之間存在長(zhǎng)期協(xié)整關(guān)系,且經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)對(duì)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)要大于旅游業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)。Granger因果檢驗(yàn)也表明短期內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與旅游業(yè)發(fā)展存在單向因果關(guān)系,脈沖響應(yīng)與方差分解分析進(jìn)一步顯示了旅游總收入與GDP的具體作用過(guò)程,同樣得出旅游業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)作用以及旅游業(yè)自身缺乏自我強(qiáng)化機(jī)制。本文同時(shí)從財(cái)政收入、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值、就業(yè)以及出口創(chuàng)匯的角度分析了旅游業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)作用。 最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,提出擴(kuò)大旅游業(yè)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模、提高旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)水平、加強(qiáng)區(qū)域旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和拓寬籌資渠道等提高陜西省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展水平的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, tourism industry in Shaanxi Province has become more and more prominent in the national economy. The total tourism revenue in 2012 has accounted for 11.85% of GDP Gross Domestic Product in Shaanxi Province. The Shaanxi Provincial Government also regards tourism as an important industry in the tertiary industry. A new growth point in the national economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the impact of Shaanxi tourism development on economic growth. First of all, this paper uses qualitative analysis method to analyze the present situation of tourism development in Shaanxi Province. From the perspective of the natural endowment of tourism resources and the external environment of tourism development in Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi Province has the conditions for vigorously developing tourism. Secondly, using econometrics cointegration test Granger causality test, impulse response and variance decomposition, the paper uses Eviews6.0 software to test the relationship between tourism gross income and GDP, which represent the level of tourism development and economic growth. The results show that there is a long-term cointegration relationship between total tourism income and GDP. And the contribution of economic growth to tourism development is greater than that of tourism development. Granger causality test also shows that there is a one-way causal relationship between economic growth and tourism development in the short term. The impulse response and variance decomposition analysis further show the specific process of tourism gross income and GDP, and also draw the conclusion that tourism development promotes economic growth and the tourism itself lacks self-strengthening mechanism. At the same time, this paper analyzes the contribution of tourism development to economic growth from the perspectives of fiscal revenue, tertiary industry output value, employment and foreign exchange earning from exports. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of tourism development in Shaanxi Province, such as expanding the overall economic scale of tourism, improving the level of tourism management, strengthening regional tourism economic cooperation and broadening the channels of financing.
