【摘要】：濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)是地球上最重要的自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)之一,濕地在保持水土平衡、改善區(qū)域氣候、凈化水質(zhì)、保護物種的多樣性和物質(zhì)供給等方面都有重要的服務(wù)價值。濕地旅游業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,雖然給經(jīng)濟注入了一定的活力,但同時也給濕地的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和生態(tài)保護產(chǎn)生一定的負面影響。濕地生態(tài)旅游作為保護濕地的一種形式,也為濕地資源的開發(fā)利用帶來了巨大的潛力。本文在國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻資料法、案例分析法和層次分析法等方法,以策湖國家濕地公園為例,對濕地公園的旅游資源開發(fā)和生態(tài)保護進行了研究。本文的研究結(jié)果有利于濕地公園旅游資源的可持續(xù)利用,為濕地公園旅游資源開發(fā)和生態(tài)保護提供理論借鑒和方法指導(dǎo)。具體的研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)分析與評價。通過策湖濕地公園生態(tài)環(huán)境的構(gòu)成、環(huán)境評價、保護與開發(fā)中存在問題和濕地公園可持續(xù)發(fā)展的幾個重點方面的評述,為策湖濕地公園規(guī)劃與發(fā)展、生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護和可持續(xù)發(fā)展策略提供依據(jù)。(2)生態(tài)保護策略。根據(jù)分析與評價來確立策湖濕地公園的區(qū)域定位和生態(tài)定位,提出策湖濕地公園規(guī)劃的基本原則,進而確定策湖濕地公園生態(tài)保護的策略,具體策略包括生物多樣性保護、環(huán)境污染治理和濕地生態(tài)功能的維持等。(3)生態(tài)保護機制研究。為了保證濕地公園可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn),本文從策湖濕地公園管理體制的構(gòu)建、法規(guī)制度的建設(shè)、監(jiān)督機制等幾個方面入手進行了生態(tài)保護機制的研究。(4)論文最后一章是本研究的主要結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Wetland ecosystem is one of the most important natural ecosystems on the earth. Wetland has important service value in maintaining water and soil balance, improving regional climate, purifying water quality, protecting species diversity and material supply. Although the rapid development of wetland tourism has injected certain vitality into the economy, it also has a certain negative impact on the sustainable development and ecological protection of wetland. Wetland ecotourism, as a form of wetland protection, also brings great potential for the exploitation and utilization of wetland resources. Based on the research at home and abroad, this paper studies the exploitation of tourism resources and ecological protection of the wetland park by using the methods of literature, case analysis and analytic hierarchy process, taking the National Wetland Park as an example. The results of this paper are beneficial to the sustainable utilization of tourism resources in wetland parks and provide theoretical reference and method guidance for the exploitation and ecological protection of tourism resources in wetland parks. The specific research contents are as follows: analysis and evaluation. Through the comments on the ecological environment constitution, environmental evaluation, protection and development problems and several key aspects of the sustainable development of the wetland park, the planning and development of the Chaihu wetland park are discussed. Ecological environment protection and sustainable development strategy provide basis. 2) ecological protection strategy. According to the analysis and evaluation to establish the regional positioning and ecological positioning of the Lake Lake Wetland Park, put forward the basic principles of the planning of the Lake Lake Wetland Park, and then determine the ecological protection strategy of the Lake Lake Wetland Park, including the conservation of biodiversity. In order to ensure the realization of the sustainable development strategy of wetland park, this paper starts with the construction of management system, the construction of laws and regulations of the wetland park. The last chapter of this paper is the main conclusion of this study.
