山東省研究生旅游行為特征研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),旅游已經(jīng)成為一種大眾化的活動(dòng),越來(lái)越多的人參與進(jìn)來(lái)。在高校逐年擴(kuò)招的背景下,由于大學(xué)生人數(shù)的不斷增加,大學(xué)生群體已經(jīng)成為重要的旅游客源市場(chǎng)。大學(xué)生群體主要由本科生群體、專(zhuān)科生群體以及研究生群體組成。研究生群體是一個(gè)特殊的群體,它與本科生、專(zhuān)科生群體不僅在年齡以及閱歷上有著很大的不同,在校的學(xué)習(xí)方式也有著很大的差異,這都導(dǎo)致了研究生群體與本科生、專(zhuān)科生群體在旅游行為的特征上存在一定的差異性。截至到2015年底,我國(guó)在校研究生已達(dá)191.1萬(wàn)人,山東省研究生培養(yǎng)單位有33家,在讀研究生人數(shù)約8.7萬(wàn)人左右。從山東省研究生群體出發(fā),深入探究研究生旅游市場(chǎng),將更加完善山東省旅游業(yè)細(xì)分市場(chǎng),為旅游企業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn)新的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì),為旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)提供依據(jù),為山東省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。本文的研究方法以調(diào)查問(wèn)卷為主,通過(guò)對(duì)山東省十所高校的研究生進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查,收集到了山東省研究生旅游行為特征的第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)。依托相關(guān)分析、貢獻(xiàn)率分析、對(duì)比分析等方法,從出游態(tài)度、旅游動(dòng)機(jī)、旅游偏好、旅游時(shí)空特征、旅游決策行為、旅游消費(fèi)行為、旅游滿(mǎn)意度等方面對(duì)山東省研究生旅游行為特征進(jìn)行了分析研究;依托對(duì)比分析法對(duì)不同性別、不同年級(jí)、不同專(zhuān)業(yè)的研究生旅游行為特征差異進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。在出游態(tài)度上,山東省研究生表現(xiàn)積極,出游愿望強(qiáng)烈;在景點(diǎn)選擇上,山東省研究生更偏愛(ài)山水風(fēng)光,更傾向于選擇觀光游覽類(lèi)旅游項(xiàng)目;山東省研究生出游的動(dòng)機(jī)多為游玩與享樂(lè);山東省研究生首選的旅游目的地為山東省內(nèi)其他地市,更喜歡在暑假和小長(zhǎng)假出游;山東省研究生在旅游產(chǎn)品的選擇上,更傾向于選擇高性?xún)r(jià)比的旅游產(chǎn)品;在做旅游決策時(shí),多通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲得旅游信息,在出游組織形式上,更傾向于和家人、同學(xué)和朋友自助旅游;山東省研究生在性別、學(xué)科、年級(jí)的角度上都存在一定的旅游行為特征差異,碩士研究生和博士研究生的旅游行為特征差異最為明顯。通過(guò)對(duì)山東省研究生旅游行為的研究,總結(jié)出了山東省研究生的旅游行為特征以及內(nèi)部差異,并針對(duì)山東省研究生旅游細(xì)分市場(chǎng)提出了切實(shí)可行的開(kāi)發(fā)策略,如開(kāi)發(fā)具有針對(duì)性的特色旅游產(chǎn)品、運(yùn)用新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)模式、創(chuàng)新旅游組織形式、提高研究生旅游滿(mǎn)意度等。研究生群體雖然現(xiàn)在社會(huì)總?cè)丝谥械谋壤淮?但是隨著高校的擴(kuò)招,研究生在大學(xué)生中的比例不斷增高,越來(lái)越多的大學(xué)生有機(jī)會(huì)就讀研究生,越來(lái)越多的研究生畢業(yè)后進(jìn)入社會(huì),通過(guò)現(xiàn)在對(duì)山東省研究生的旅游行為特征進(jìn)行研究,可以為以后社會(huì)中高層次人士的旅游市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)提供一些參考和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, tourism has become a popular activity, more and more people participate. Under the background of increasing enrollment year by year, college students have become an important tourist market because of the increasing number of college students. College students are mainly composed of undergraduate students, junior college students and graduate students. The graduate student group is a special group. It is not only very different in age and experience, but also in the way of study, which leads to the graduate student group and the undergraduate student. There are some differences in the characteristics of tourism behavior among junior college students. By the end of 2015, the number of graduate students in our country has reached 1.911 million, and there are 33 graduate training units in Shandong Province, and the number of graduate students in Shandong Province is about 87000. Starting from the graduate students' group in Shandong Province, to explore the postgraduate tourism market in depth will improve the tourism subdivision market of Shandong Province, provide the basis for tourism enterprises to discover new market opportunities and develop tourism resources. To contribute to the development of tourism in Shandong Province. The research methods of this paper are mainly questionnaire, through sampling survey of graduate students in ten universities in Shandong Province, the first-hand data of tourism behavior characteristics of graduate students in Shandong Province are collected. Relying on correlation analysis, contribution rate analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, from the travel attitude, tourism motivation, tourism preference, tourism space-time characteristics, tourism decision-making behavior, tourism consumption behavior, Tourism satisfaction and other aspects of the tourism behavior of graduate students in Shandong Province were analyzed and based on the comparative analysis of different gender, different grades, different majors of postgraduate tourism behavior characteristics of statistical analysis. In the aspect of visiting attitude, Shandong graduate students show positive behavior and strong desire to go out; in the choice of scenic spots, Shandong graduate students prefer landscape scenery, more inclined to choose sightseeing tourism projects; The motivation for graduate students to travel in Shandong Province is to play and enjoy; the preferred tourist destination for graduate students in Shandong Province is other cities in Shandong Province, and they prefer to travel in the summer vacation and small vacation. The choice of tourism products for graduate students in Shandong Province, They are more inclined to choose tourism products with high performance-to-price ratio; when they make tourism decisions, they get more travel information through the Internet, and in the form of travel organizations, they tend to travel on their own with family, classmates and friends; graduate students in Shandong Province are more likely to travel on their own in terms of gender and discipline. There are some differences in tourism behavior characteristics in grade, and the most obvious differences are between postgraduates of master's degree and doctoral students. Based on the study of tourism behavior of graduate students in Shandong Province, this paper summarizes the characteristics and internal differences of tourism behavior of graduate students in Shandong Province, and puts forward feasible development strategies for the tourism subdivision market of graduate students in Shandong Province. Such as the development of characteristic tourism products, the use of a new network marketing model, the innovation of tourism organization, improve graduate tourism satisfaction and so on. Although the proportion of graduate students in the total population of society is not large now, with the expansion of university enrollment, the proportion of graduate students among college students is constantly increasing, and more and more college students have the opportunity to study for graduate students. More and more graduate students enter the society after graduation. By studying the characteristics of tourism behavior of graduate students in Shandong Province, we can provide some references and suggestions for the future development of tourism market of high level people in the society.
