【摘要】：本文通過對浙江杭州市城市居民的問卷調查和統(tǒng)計分析,系統(tǒng)梳理了當前我國居民休閑時間的總體狀況和基本特征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):總體上我國城市居民每天的休閑時間偏少;城市居民休閑時間基本穩(wěn)定,部分人群甚至有所減少;城市居民普遍對目前的休閑時間不滿意;在休閑時間制度安排上,城市居民更傾向于增加集中的休閑時間。研究還表明休閑時間對城市居民休閑生活滿意度具有重要影響,因此在大力發(fā)展國民休閑的時候要把休閑時間的制度安排作為重要的考慮對象。文章最后提出了落實雙休日和帶薪年休假制度、以集中休閑時間為重點、進行有針對性的休閑時間制度安排等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of urban residents in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, this paper systematically analyzes the general situation and basic characteristics of leisure time of residents in China. The study found that: on the whole, the leisure time of urban residents in our country is on the low side; the leisure time of urban residents is basically stable, and some people even decrease; the urban residents are generally dissatisfied with the current leisure time; and the leisure time system is arranged. Urban residents tend to increase the concentration of leisure time. The study also shows that leisure time has an important impact on the satisfaction of urban residents' leisure life, so the institutional arrangement of leisure time should be considered as an important object in the development of national leisure. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions such as carrying out the system of double rest and paid annual vacation, focusing on the concentration of leisure time, and making targeted arrangement of leisure time.
